The hotel is located right smack where the big branded boutiques are located, and 10 mins walk to doge palace and st peter Basilica. However the hotel is very far in. U got to wheel your luggage in, which may damage the wheels. Hence pls bagpack 😅 The hotel look Like a mini museum if only u take the stairs from level 3 and walk down. Very instaworthy. The staff is also very friendly and speak good English. We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

Best hotel in Venice is truly underrated for its service. The hotel is really old but it brings the actual vibes to be part of history. They helped with almost every questions asked. Just make sure you get your route right before heading there as Venice is a maze! The location is just right at the corner off all the branded stores. 5 mins walk and you get all the branded stores. Never once I stayed 5 mins from a LV store with such prices. Venice is very safe !

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

Stellar location, spectacular service. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Restaurant and bar is definitely on the pricey side but with the extent of options nearby it’s a non issue.

Pleased to stay in this historical hotel and concierge team provided excellent advice and service throughout our stay. Location of hotel is very central and there is a direct access for water taxis. Will return to this hotel in my next trip to Venice.

What a lovely hotel to stay. Great location & service. Room is rather spacious, heating is adequate, bed is king-sized and the sheeets smell very clean. There is a coffee corner on the 1st floor where hot drinking water is available.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Venice. Close to all the main places. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever tried. Rooms big and comfortable. Toilets restored as new. Staff very kind and helpful.
