Ulasan White Concept Caves - Adults Only

In general the hotel suits couple perfectly as the romantic pool surrounded by the white houses is made for photos taking lovers. The rooms are clean and big with strong WiFi inside as you won’t be able to receive your own signal in caves there. One little drawback is that the pool was found so many mosquitoes floating on it when we just checked in which makes me deduct the cleanliness part of this hotel.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Location is fantastic, accessible to both Fira town center and Fira bus station. Yet it is super quiet and hidden, not surround by tourists. The swimming pool is stunning. Had many lovey photos there. The breakfast is super fantastic. Room is huge and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Staff are super helpful and nice Just a bit disappointed that room service ends so early.

Great value for money. Convenient location, 10min walking distance from Fira bus station, 3-5 min walking distance from Fira restaurant street. Rooms and facilities are all clean. Staffs were kind and warm welcoming. Especially, loved the bright energy of Alenxandra. But no mobile access from my room, and unstable internet connection via hotel wifi. To access Internet, I had to stay in the sofa outside of the room.

The staff in reception are super nice and helpful. It’s clean and comfortable to stay. Near to the city centre and bus stop it’s only take 5-10mins

The host and staff are super friendly and passionate. The hotel is around 5 mins walk to Fira town centre. At first the assigned room is not nice as its like a basement without sunshine and very humid (although we know we booked a cave style room, still a bit disappointed with how it looks like). We feedbacked to the host and she arranged another room which we like a lot more. The room make up is very prompt. Entire room is clean and tidy. The only thing is wifi is not very fast and not sure if every room is equipped with a smart tv that can project YouTub/ Netflix contents (which is highly important to us). All our requests are well entertained and I cannot thank you enough. If you are not looking for sea view or 1 minute walk to town centre, this hotel is a good choice. Hope you have a good business and every success.

房間特別大，因為是三個人所以分給了我們特別大的一個房間，樓上還有一個巨大的游泳池，真的很有度假的感覺！前台幾乎是有求必應。小姐姐態度超級好，早餐也是按照每個人的需求來的，超級好吃。下次如果還有時間太希臘還會選這家酒店！

講真酒店衛生可以，服務也還是可以，早餐就太少選擇！但是Check In就真的太煩**了，不明白為什麼要那麼多東西填啊？客人家的地址也要填就很搞笑啊！希望可以改善！

位置鄰近Fira巴士總站及市集（7-10分鐘路程），方便乘巴士往不同的地方及購物。酒店可為顧客安排按摩師到酒店房服務，按摩師會自攜按摩床，表現專業。唯一美中不足是風筒力度較弱。其次是洞穴較為潮濕，由於酒店不建議住客開冷氣，屋內濕度不能短時間通風，尤其洗澡後。 The location is close to the Fira bus station and market (7-10 mins walk distance), making it convenient to take buses to different places and for shopping. The hotel can arrange in-room private massage service, and the masseuse will bring their own massage bed and exhibit professionalism. The only downside is that the hairdryer's strength is relatively weak. Additionally, the cave rooms tend to be damp. Since the hotel does not recommend guests to use air conditioning, the humidity in the room cannot be quickly ventilated, especially after taking a shower.
