Service 10/5 We came early and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby while we are going around Tokyo. We came back and it’s still a little earlier than our check-in time but they let us to check-in early without additional charge since the room is already available. The staffs are friendly and can communicate well. Location 10/5 It’s near the train station and there are a lot of shops around the area (e.g restaurants, souvenir shops, jewelries and laundry shop). It’s just few minutes walk to akihabara if you opt not to take the train. Overall the location is very convenient. Cleanliness 4/5 I wanna say it’s super clean since they clean the room everyday as long as you put the sign for cleaning on your door. But my problem is the carpet smell. I’m not sure if it’s because of us due to my partner’s wet feet after shower and we’re not opening the aircon most of the time. Our group rented 3rooms and only our room carpet have smell. Amenities 4/5 All our basic needs are complete, toiletries, tea, hot water, they even have a washing machine but the downside is it doesn’t completely dry the clothes. Also they don’t have sauna, onsen or pool. But, it’s not really necessary in Tokyo since most of the time we are outside. Overall, the stay is comfortable. We could just stay in our room all day. I think it’s the most comfortable and convenient accommodation on the price range. Worth recommending to our friends 🩷

We stayed at ICI Hotel Asakusabashi for seven nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern, minimalist design and is conveniently located near Asakusabashi Station, providing easy access to major attractions. The rooms, though compact, were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was polite and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and amenities in the lobby. We were on the second floor, but it was never noisy, which made for a comfortable and restful stay. Housekeeping also cleaned our room regularly, keeping it fresh and tidy throughout our stay. We had two XL suitcases, three carry-ons, and backpacks, and while the room was compact, we managed to fit all our luggage without any issues. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in Tokyo, especially for those who prioritize cleanliness and convenience.

I love this place. It is very nice place for staying in Tokyo. There are all opportunities to have a good rest. Maybe the small is little, but there are everything you need. People in the hotel are very kind and smiling

Great Hotel in perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very nice and provides everything you need. The rooms are very clean, still tiny what is very usual for Tokyo. Close to the Hotel are convenient stores and typical restaurants.

The room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable space to rest. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Its location near the train station made it very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended for both comfort and accessibility.

The ICI is a great place to do your exploring. Located near to tube and JR lines. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Ever so helpful. The room albeit a bit small by European standards was clean and had a fantastic shower. Would thoroughly recommend for a place to stay in Tokyo.

Very near to Asakusabashi station. But it is not in a traveller area so prepare to switch metro - and its just a station away from Akihabara.

Staff speaks great english compare to other hotels we stayed on this trip. They provide free tea at the lobby at night. Free food during new years eve. Room small but worth the price haha

We really loved this hotel. The vibe was very cozy and warm as we met the owner during breakfast and he let us play with his dogs. Rooms were clean and cozy and for a good price. FYI this is a pet friendly hotel just in case you don’t know

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location as it is about 3-5mins walk from the station. The room was comfortable for 2 person with 2 big luggage. I will come back to stay again.

The hotel staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Compared to other hotel offerings for the price, ICI had one of the best room sizes available. Its located right across the street from a seven 11 and a very short walk to the JR station. The Tokyo metro station platform is a bit farther of a walk, but that's not bad at all either. I loved that it was so close to Akihabara as I loved to hang out and play games at the arcades until they closed. Even if I missed the last train, it is only a short walk back to the hotel.
