Hotel yang sangat bagus Di tengah” kota ginza Keluar dari pintu A4 station ginza langsung lobby hotel. Hotel yg bersih dan mewah. Bnyak koleksi wine dan spot untuk melihat kota ginza . Saya menitipkan koper saya dan di jaga dengan baik. Saya sangat menyukai kamar nya wlpn standar hotel di Jepang kamar nya kecil” . Semua nya lengkap . Next kalau ke Tokyo ginza bakal nginap di sini lagi

Hotel Nyaman dan Tenang

So happy with our stay at The Gate hotel. Lobby lounge was really nice , room was very spacious and clean, location can’t be any better, in the heart of Ginza. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I have to say was the gym doesn’t have any weights but better than nothing !

Can’t beat the location, charming hotel n value for money. Front desk very helpful.

Strategic location next to Ginza station exit A1, nice rooftop lobby at level 4 with city view, spacious room enough to open big luggages

Good location it’s near subway station. Many restaurants nearby. Room is very small so maybe good for business travelers. Space between wall and bed is 40cm roughly…. Service is friendly until I asked for late check out. I was asking for an hour late … noon. The female junior staff was looking at the “senior” male staff and asked in Japanese. The guy looked at me unfriendly and said something in Japanese then the lady said it would be charged. I don’t mind paying but should tell me politely. I ended up did not.

The hotel location is perfect in Ginza. You can easy access to the train station. Also, there are many department stores and malls around the hotel. You can shop and eat in this area.

Location was good and convenient, 5 mins walking to Ginza. Direct access to underground from hotel. Easy to find restaurants and drugstore around the hotel. However, the maintenance of the hotel was a bit disappointing. There was a crack on the sink which bring it to the hygienic issue.
