Ulasan Atlanta Airport Marriott

Bersenang-senang di perjalanan 2 malam kami. Satu-satunya masalah yang kami miliki adalah kami membutuhkan lebih dari satu setengah jam untuk mendapatkan makanan kami dari restoran di lantai bawah. Untungnya hotel menutupi pengeluaran kami karena masalah kami. Segala sesuatu yang lain adalah indah. Pemandangan indah dari lantai 15. Sangat dekat dengan akuarium Georgia, dunia coke, dan banyak lagi!

So far my fav hotel & the food was priced so great! The people at the bar treated us like we were in our HOMETOWN!

공항이랑 정말 가깝고 셔틀이 잘 돼있어서 편리했습니다! 시내도 차로 20분정도면 갈 수 있어 리프트 타고 가기 좋았습니다.

근처 출장왔을 때 잠깐 있기 좋아요. 룸컨디션 삼성 급 인정입니다. 출장 호텔이에요. 가격도 굿 출장호텔로 제격입니다.

Airport shuttle was great, it runs about every 15 minutes, not on a set schedule, just look for the Merriot name on the shuttle bus.

One night stay very close to the airport had pretty much all the amenities that you could want although I didn't use any of them, restaurant look nice. Probably one of the better Marriotts that I've stayed at in a long time. Most courteous and efficient airport transfers ever!

Property was slightly farther away from Airport than expected. Nothing around the area of the hotel.

Customer service front desk poor social skills. Manager had to intervene. Manager very professional able to solve problems. Room surface clean only. You can tell room unsanitary.

Staff was amazing. Manager was fantastic close to the airport. Food quality was great including the breakfast buffet. My experience with the hotel was much better than my experience with *******. I chose the wrong date on ******* and called immediately and was told there is nothing they could do as it was nonrefundable. I pleaded my case and said that I didn’t want to refund I just wanted the date changed and again was told there was nothing they would do. The manager of the hotel on the other hand, immediately rectified the situation.

The hotel room was clean and without odor. A self parking fee of $25.00 per day was expersive as well as the incremental cost fees of $50 per night . Even though the incremental fee cost will be reimbursed back to your banking account in 3-5 days, this unfavorable for the guest and not real time in reimbursement.

The property was beautiful, the staff was great, and the food and drinks at the bar was good.

Good place to stay if you have a late night flight and want to get some work done and just chill before a long flight.

Excellent staff and service. Really enjoyed dining at the restatuant - very good sushi and ribeye and server was wonderful. Room was decent. Only gripe would be that i desperately needed diapers for my 2-year old and found the only option at the hotel were little Pampers kits containing 2 diapers and 6 wipes for a whopping 14 dollars! Yes, thats right, 7 bucks a diaper for a mom who checked all the diapers in luggage that didn't make it. Incredibly tacky for corporate to charge such an insane amount for a necessity. Thank goodness I wasn't on my period!
