Will not consider it again. The only advantage is the close proximity to the train station and the centre. Otherwise, awful experience.

Very convenient and parking centre is very close and price is reasonable. Counter service is so nice. 😊

Muy buena ubicación y todo muy bien por su precio. Lo único malo es que no puedes dejar las maletas en el alojamiento si llegas antes o te vas después.

Where do I start... there was so many things wrong with our room. 1) Stains on pillows 2)Toothpaste in sink where it had not been cleaned properly. 3)Drain not cleaned, covered in hair and grime. 4)Fan in the room did not work. 5)Tea caddies incomplete. (No sugar, only one teabag.) 6) Window filthy. 7)Only one toilet roll. 8)Room had not dusted for what looks like weeks if not months. I can't fault the reception staff, they were pleasant and polite. However, I would not stay again in this hotel.

We stayed here for Pride weekend and it was in a great location! Close to the bars and the parade! We really enjoyed ourselves! Don’t quite understand why people complain at the noise, it is close to bars and clubs so a bit of noise is expected! We had a great time regardless and will definitely be staying here again.

Despite construction work starting very early in the morning and the room being uncomfortably warm at times, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located perfectly in the centre of Cardiff making it very easy to get around. The staff here are amazing, everyone we spoke to was so lovely and friendly. Big shout out to Connor and Abbie for being so welcoming, lovely people who couldn’t have done more for us and gave us an excellent impression of the hotel, we would stay here again just to see them both!

Uncomfortable bed Noisy till gone 3am couldn't open window, so hot and no air con building work being carried out inside,dusty and smelling of chemicals. Had to pay 245 then the next day they are charging alot less..

This Travelodge has just been redecorated but still leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were tacky and room stunk of paint. Windows were left blanked over by tape by decorators so room was pitch black. Lots of noise from other guests which didn't make for a nice stay. Only redeeming features is the location and pleasant staff.

Terrible room stuff not fan nor air-con. Couldn’t open a window. The clubs and bars nearby kept me up till around 3:30 very loud. You shouldn’t be able to offer rooms if you can not sleep

We had booked this hotel through a hen party company for 18 of us, so 6 rooms, when we arrived they couldn’t locate our booking, but this was due to the 3rd party company fault, it was all quickly resolved and sorted, rooms were huge and could have accommodated more than 3 in a room, they were clean and well maintained, we had some great views, the location was excellent, opposite train station and on the street with all the bars, on arrival back at night there was security so we felt safe, we also slept well and had a great weekend

Came down to Cardiff for one night from north Wales by train. The hotel is ideally situated by the station and easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again
