Pai Viceroy

Cleanliness of hotel was average. Spread of complimentary breakfast buffet can be improved. One thing that I wasn’t pleased at all about was their room service food. Fried rice was not tasty at all and the 7up came in glass bottle. The bottle’s opening was rusty and dirty .

Meeting in Sir Samillan, min capacity is 250 - It was great experience, ambience was good & Food is very tasty. Sales Manager Mr. Naresh Service is excellent, taken care of everything from Hall booking to till the end of Dinner. I am happy to recommend to my friends & family.

Whenever we visit Tirupati, we stay only at Hotel Pai Viceroy. We must have visited at least 20 times in the past 8 or 9 years and every time we have enjoyed our stay here. The food is delicious and rooms are very clean. We never went to another hotel in Tirupati for stay or for food. All of us in the family treat this hotel as our home in Tirupati.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Pai Viceroy during our recent trip to Tirupati. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortablett environment to relax. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The vegetarian restaurant at the hotel was a definite highlight. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and efficient.

The services given excellent and proper.and very kind people .breakfast is also good. The staff is polite and helpful. Also good for little children food. Mr. Prasad, Mr Ramesh and Mr. Naresh have very help ful always ready for any type of help / customer service. Really Excellent hotel. I share my 3 years experience.

OUR RESERVATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF YOUR SALES MANAGER MR. NARESH, WHO'S PROMPT IN HIS REPLY AND ATTEND TO ALL OUR ROOM REQUIREMENTS. ALSO EITHER HIMSELF OR HIS STAFF REMINDS US A DAY BEFORE ABOUT OUR RESERVATION. CHECK IN IS SMOOTH AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BED IS VERY NICE. WHEN WE COME TIRED, WE CAN SLEEP LIKE A BABY. THE BATH ROOM IS WELL MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND HATSOFF TO THE HOUSE KEEPING WHO ATTENDS TO YOUR EVEN MINOR NEEDS. THE RESTAURANT IS LUSH AND THE BREAKFAST IS FABULOUS. BUT THE SOUTH INDIAN THALI IS VERY SPICY WHICH CAN SUIT MAINLY TELEGU PEOPLE. SINCE TRIPATHI IS A PILGRIM PLACE PEOPLE FROM ALL PARTS OF INDIA VISITS. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. OF COURSE ALA CARTE FOOD IS GOOD. WOULD LIKE TO MENTION ONE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT MISS GAYATRI WHO PROMPLY ATTENDS TO THE CATERING NEEDS OF ALL THE GUESTS. ALSO ONE MISS AVANTHIKA. BOTH ARE VERY HOSPITABLE, POLITE AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE THINK OF TRIP TO TIRUPATI, FIRST THING COMES TO OUR MIND IS HOTEL PAI VICEROY, OF COURSE AFTER LORD VENKATESWARA. KEEP IT UP AND ALL THE BEST.
