It's very pleasure to comment about hospitality & respectful behavior of the executives Mr. Balachandran, Mr.Govind, Mr.Sharukh khan, Mr.Richard etc/staff at reception, rooms & dining hall in this hotel is very much appreciable & their sercices in care taking of guests is also excellent. The food items provides is very tasty & delicious. It's also very clean & hygienic maintenance everywhere in Hotel premises.

The restaurant had a pleasant ambience and the staff were highly attentive. Both adults and children can relish their delectable starters. We visited as a family gathering of 15 members and were delighted with the scrumptious food. The portion sizes were reasonable considering the cost, resulting in an overall enjoyable experience.

The staff at the reception and cafe were very friendly. Mr Sharu and Mr Richard were very helpful with our check-in and during our stay . Food at the hotel was fresh and very nice. Overall all the staff members and the hotel itself were a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back to Shaans Hotel Trichy

The hotel is located very near the market place. Very well maintained. The rooms were clean. Though there are some point which didn't work well for me, i checked in late in the night and checked out the next morning. Overall a good experience

Very clean and comfortable stay in spacious room and in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent and in-room dining options were very good but housekeeping services could be improved
