Booking for king bad but get twins bad. And have to pay for parking also. That suck.

Location was great! Served the purpose!! I love this place, because of the location, in proximity to the sports complex. It's new, and very clean, also. Would highly recommend!!

設施：機場shuttle 半個小時就有一班從酒店去機場非常的方便，司機很熱情。 衞生：窗簾有一些不太乾淨，廁所會有一股裝修的味道，但總體還是滿意的。 服務：前台有泡騰片，全場最佳！ 環境：房間比我想象的要大很多，有小冰箱。

入住的時候有點小插曲，浪費了一些時間，體驗感一般，也就就那樣吧，環境還可以，房間也行，服務，出差入住

Stayed for a quick 2 nights, but was quite content of the hospitality of the front desk personnel. All were very pleasant and made of habit of knowing your name and greeting you by name each time they saw you. Hotel was immaculately clean, including the room and the surrounding area. It was such a short stay didn’t get a chance to indulge in any of the other amenities. But will definitely stay again if and when I come back to Philly.

It was good for what I needed it for which was a hotel with a shuttle bus for a canceled flight. There was no complementary water which was advertised, even inside the room. The toiletries were already half used.

The window was covered with an opaque material and the room was dark. We left early morning for PHL and had to get ready in a room without being able to enjoy the light outside. I reported this to the receptionist at the desk and he said he would have someone call me to discuss this. No apologies from him though. Very disappointed.

It was ny birthday weekend and I also stayed here last year as well, excellent service love the hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to all the staff on March 15 night crew amazing job and see you soon.

I checked and I found that the room wasn’t cleaned. The sheet and cover was used before and they just did it. I asked them to change my room and they did right away.
