Happily stayed for 2 nights with complimentary breakfast. Surrounding the hotel location is plenty of food and wet market.

Quite near to the subway station line no.1 and line no. 11, around 10-15 mins by walk . Many convenient stores and fresh markets around the hotel.

A bit far away from metro station. Window wouldn’t close properly. Construction site nearby

Room condition is terrible with strong smoke smell. Breakfast is mediocre with limited choices. The area is small. Toilet has entrance has steps and door is narrow. Reception is not helpful in sending parcels. Asked me to arrange myself. Overall a terrible stay. Foreigners unfriendly.

I had a fantastic stay even though it's a budget hotel! The location is great, and the pricing is exceptional for what you get. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bedding, with cozy quilts and memory foam pillows that are rare to find in budget accommodations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! **However do note rooms do not mini fridge.**

The reception team is always eager to assist, and they manage translations with a professional touch, making communication seamless regardless of the language. The rooms are spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and satisfying. The location is also a major plus. It’s within walking distance from the subway, making it easy to get around the city. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby, adding to the convenience. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Price wise its good to stay for any solo tip or with friends or business trip.

Friendly and very responsible staff. Towels were changed every day，the room was cleaned every day , there is a metro station nearby

Room not bad, though smaller than expected. Bed very comfortable with foam pillows. Could use more counter or shelf space for luggage. There was no bath rug, shower door could not be closed properly, and water leaked all over. Another problem was the floor tiles, many at entrance were coming apart. Breakfast selection was poor, attendant only refill food until he was asked, and reluctantly. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Very good location hotel with lots of eateries, few cafes and especially a supermarket right next door. Highly recommended hotelyo stay if you are around this area.
