Tidak kecewa dan tidak terlalu memuaskan

The receptionist was ignorant, the place is near most of downtown facilities.

The worst hotel ever .. very noisy 24 hours I couldn't sleep two hours..I had to change my room and pay 700 Egyptian pound...is it located in fifths floor with no life .. customers service is a joke

Well the entrance is a bit messy, but the rooms are very clear good staff , I was satisfied p/a I didn't like the steps 🪜 too many for an old man like ME good exercise 😉❤️ other than that 3.5 🌟

ホテルが高層建築の上階にあるが、看板が無くて見つけるのに苦労した。フロントにはスタッフが24時間常在しているため、対応には困らない。

非常不錯，除了有一點熱

不要定這個酒店！！！老闆和員工都蠻好的會幫忙抬行李上樓也不會要小費，但是！！！這個酒店有跳蚤！！我被咬了起碼八十個包！！這衹是粗略數的！我估計我看不到的地方起碼有一百個包！太恐怖了！太恐怖了！不要定啊真的！長那麼大真的第一次有這樣的體驗！非常非常癢！！！埃及這種地方又不好買葯！

可能是我不適應吧

When I arrived, they told me I had to pay double the rates that I had booked. This is a form of fraud called bait and switch, which is illegal in many countries (not sure about Egypt). I left and found another place to stay.

As soon as we got there, they wanted to charge us triple the price than was on our booking confirmation. After reluctantly agreeing, we got to our room and there were BED BUGS crawling on the sheets!!! We immediately got our money back and left to somewhere better. The man at the desk was nice, but the hostel itself is terrible. And there is no sign on the street to help you find it.
