Ulasan Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre

The location is perfectly fine and convenient for us. We can see the aircraft landing and departure clearly from our room. The toilet seat is too tall and not comfortable to use. Also I found spider webs located on the ceiling when I laid down on bed which made me feel uncomfortable.

Clean Hotel. Location near the airport, a little noise at night. Swimming pool is good but the whirlpool is close.

A great time

I would never use trip.com ever again. Regardless of savings they can never repay me after the poor service I received from every representative from trip.com. I spoke with the hotel that was willing to work with me over a booking issue but trip.com would not and made me pay for a room I never even used

Our flight got cancelled from Toronto, the night we were suppose to stay at the Valhalla, We called the hotel at 7pm to tell them we would not be needing the room that night and the front desk clerk said we should contact trip.com because it wasn't our fault and usually the third party would refund the room. So I did exactly what she said and was told by your people not to expect a refund. So if you are asking me about your service, I probably would tell you that I would not use it in the future and would not recommend it to anyone. Phil McAllen
