Parc Maasresidence Thorn

12 of us booked to stay at this accommodation, (in one house) You see the pictures online and hope it will look the same, it most definitely did! (Obviously depends on what property you get) We were 3 families, we each had our own bathroom per family and all toilets are separate. The house is well equipped if you decide to cook. All towels and bedding is provided. The terrace area is beautiful and I like the fact it is covered. The variety of facilities within the complex is very family oriented, bowling, swimming, bike hire, kids club are a few of the things available, some are chargeable. But prices are very reasonable. I was disappointed though as there wasn’t a gym on site. The reception staff were so welcoming and willing to help. They went above and beyond with any queries we had. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!!!!!

A perfect stay. Excellent location. Wonderful apartment and view. Very good facilities, like restaurant, shop and swimming pool. We shall certainly return to the Maasresidence. Thorn is a very special village close by. In 9 minutes you will find a more than excellent one star Michelin restaurant: Da Vinci!

Wow ! A place you don’t want to miss, so peaceful and have everything you need for a perfect holiday / gateway. We’ve stay there for more than 5 months all together throughout the year, and every stay the experience just got better and better. This is the place for family gatherings, friends, couples , business. the place is top equipped with all the facility you need, in room and out at the park. From age 0-150 , perfect! . Reality is much more impressive than the pictures at the web which usually its the other way around. I would like to mention one of the staff member, the reception manager, Melanie that contributed so much to our pleasant stay, took care of any issue that pop and did it all with great patience and went far and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. So with a personal note to Melanie , once again thanks for making our stay - perfect. We are sure we’ll meet again :-).

We took a 5-day trip with a group of friends at the beginning of June and stayed in a Luxe 6p. This is a villa in a holiday park so it has everything you need: the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has all the amenities including cutlery, salad bowls, and wine glasses. The terrace is the perfect place to lounge after a day of exploring the area. There is also a park supermarket where you can buy the main groceries. We also had dinner and drinks at Humphrey's restaurant - the view from their terrace at sunset was incredible! You can rent a bike or a boat and explore the Maasplassen or go and chill on the MRT Beach and enjoy the natural reserve near the Belgium border.

I found the staff at the reception to be courteous and professional. Very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely loved it. I traveled as a single parent with two toddlers and this place was great! There is both indoor (e.g. baby pool) and outdoor kid's entertainment. The house was super clean, my compliments to the housekeeping staff. The employees were friendly and helpful: i had trouble installing the baby bed and the front desk employees came to the rental unit and helped. Everyone speaks multiple languages and are open for small-talk. I really felt at ease, safe and was able to relax.

It was amazing!! Such a find!! I told everyone that this is the place to go.

Wat een toppertje! Heel kind- en diervriendelijk. Mooie locatie, mooi privé strandje, leuke wandelingen. Heel proper, heel verzorgd. We misten enkel via website of infobrochure de openingsuren van de accomodaties. We hadden een villa aan de ‘kinderzijde’ We kozen hiervoor omdat jullie aangeven dat er geen feestjes mochten gegeven worden en dat jullie garant staan voor rust. Dit klopte ook helemaal! Tot dat het vrijdag was en er een grote groep van 12 volwassenen ook daar villa had. Helaas hebben zij lawaai gemaakt tot half zes ‘s morgens. We mailden de receptie en kregen pas ‘s ochtends antwoord waar we niet echt iets mee waren. Er was zogenaamd beveiliging dat tot 22 u rond reed. Het lawaai was pas vanaf 23u te horen (wanneer we onze mail stuurden) Misschien toch een telefonische permanentie inschakelen voor de nachten?

Een paar dagen verbleven en erg tevreden. Het huisje was proper en van alle gemakken voorzien. Omgeving is erg goed bijgehouden. Kinderen hebben volop gebruik gemaakt van de speeltuin, voetbalveld en zwembad. Het restaurant was goed en ook de bowlingbaan was erg leuk. De supermarkt was wat prijzig, maar dat zie je vaker op vakantieparken. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
