Beds need new mattress
Plumbing in bathroom needs new faucets
Walls need some repairs
Window drapes would not close all the way
Lamps are old and outdated
TV is analog way outdated
Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful

Terrible. In town for a 4pm wedding. The hotel was not 1/4 full the night before. Asked for a 2 pm check out. This seemed to be a big deal. The best they would do was noon without charging a full additional day. Agreed to the noon time. Then our keys stopped working at 11pm. It a $120 hotel. More like a $50 motel.

In general, the property needs a little TLC. Broken, stained cabinets, ceilings, etc. The staff was nice. Easy check in/out. Not too loud.

Meh. Front desk was very nice and professional. Breakfast area was clean and well attended. Hotel needs a revamp. Elevator had broke floor tile, blow dryer was cracked, shower had heavy soap scum in the soap holder. Other guests put their used party supplies in the hallway. Adequate, but not likely to stay there again.

The young lady and gentleman at the front desk along with the breakfast and housekeeping staff were all super friendly and nice. Room was a bit dated and could use a refurbish, it appeared as though a domestic situation happened there previously and there were cigarette burns on sink counter.

The property is very worn and dated. Needs refurbishment. Concerned with parking (wondered if our vehicle was safe overnight) and the cleanliness of our room was questionable. The rooms need major improvement (painting, carpet/flooring, bathroom fixtures). Probably the worst Comfort Inn & Suites that we have stayed at. We were traveling and had to stop somewhere. Felt this was the best out of our options. Would never choose to stay here if we had just been visiting the area.
