Cala di Rio B&B

We had a problem with the traveling and got lost with the GPS and so we were arriving late (midnight). They did not make us check in and we had to stay and pay an extra night somewhere else. I called and even said I was with 2 children 6 years old, and we were driving for 6 hours because we got lost and had to turn back. The woman laughed and said "Yes, I feel sorry for you"... I feel sorry for you?! While laughing? What is this? We asked her to leave the keys hidden, and make a video of where they were and how to get in and send by whatsapp... the answer was NO. We just could not check-in. During the stay we were asking for the refund of that night, as we wanted to check-in but they didn't let us! And we had to stay somewhere else and pay extra! The woman had plenty of excuses. Apparently she could not speak with the owner... on the check-out day, 10:03, we got back from breakfast, and they were already inside the house (the woman and the owner - the one she could not speak to....) yelling and throwing us out! Because the kids took some lamps from the drawers and left them on the kitchen counter - well if this is an apar**ent suitable for kids maybe you shouldn't let those things unlocked in the house!!!! Or maybe you should not allow kids... just saying! Check out was at 10:00, I don't know what time they got inside the house, but they couldn't stay one hour more waiting for us to check-in, but were ready to kick us out on check-out. So, if you are visiting Bari and Puglia by car like we were, do not book this apar**ent. Because if you have any problem, an accident, a problem with the car, and need some flexibility... they won't help. They won't do the check-in, refund, or help in any way... if you leave the apar**ent and leave the keys inside AND your baby kids are inside as well... well you know the answer right? "Yes, I feel sorry you"

Vicino al mare, fuori dalla cittadina. Pulito, ridente, ma con alcune lacune. È un host privato, l'appartamento ha due camere, ciascuna con bagno privato e aria condizionata, la sala in comune. Non è possibile chiudere a chiave la propria parte da fuori perché dotata di chiavistello interno. La colazione compresa nel prezzo cappuccio & brioche, il resto a pagamento, a SOLI 800 metri di distanza. Un solo posto auto a pagamento, ma le camere sono 2!!!!! Gestore comunque gentile, abbiamo sistemato la moto anche se non ci sarebbe stato il posto ad hoc.

Ho prenotato presso la struttura, purtroppo per motivi personali non sono potuto più andarci,vedendomi costretto ad annullare la prenotazione, peccato che ho ritardato di mezza giornata e la struttura ha pensato bene di non venirmi incontro, magari anche facendomi pagare solo una parte, no mi hanno addebitato l intero importo. Tengo a precisare che proprio la struttura mi contattò telefonicamente dicendomi che non avrei pagato e che potevo stare tranquillo. Ma la cosa che più ci tenevo a sottolineare è il comportamento da parte del gestore che ho provato a contattare telefonicamente e senza farmi neanche parlare, mi diceva che lo stavo disturbando che non dovevo contattarlo più e che volevo potevo lamentarmi altrove,il tutto con modi sgarbati .

La location è fronte mare. Con dei lidi ben attrezzati. La camera è semi nuova con aria condizionata lavatrice tv con internet. Bocciatissima l’accoglienza (forse aveva avuto una giornata no il titolare) bocciata anche che essendoci due stanze nella casa devi portarti dietro oltre le chiavi dei vari portoni anche la chiave della porta che va alla camera perché l’ingresso ha una porta scorrevole chiudibile all’interno solamente da un chiavistello diciamo. Quindi l’altro “affittuario” potrebbe entrare e andare nel tuo bagno… non è successo nel nostro caso però è una cosa che non mi è piaciuta. La colazione non è nella struttura ma in un bar a 200 metri. Cappuccino e cornetto (neanche tutti, ho preso una treccia miele e noci più piccola del croissant ed un caffè non il cappuccino ed ho dovuto fare anche 60cent di differenza) tutto sommato do una sufficienza c’è di peggio. Ma non tornerei

Il B&B dista pochi metri da casa, ma si è reso necessario locare una camera, dove mi sono trasferito insieme a mia moglie, avendo lasciato casa a disposizione della figlia di mia moglie e dei nipotini. I locali messi a disposizione si sono rivelati ottimi sotto tutti i punti di vista, così come ottima è stata la cortesia della proprietà. Va rimarcata la pulizia assoluta degli ambienti e la messa a disposizione dei servizi ( riscaldamento ed altro) he hanno reso il soggiorno più che confacente. In definitiva un’ esperienza che non mancheremo di ripetere.
