Bad experience, very bad attention. The INN restaurant makes charges that do not correspond to consumption and does not provide clear information to its customers. You have to check the receipts before paying and never charge to the room because then they charge more than what is appropriate. The buffets are always the same, the same options always and they repeat what is left over at dinner.

I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

excelente ubicacion, buena atención, excelente habitaciones y el servicio de restaurant buenísimo, la opción de que cuente con ****** y eventos artísticos de primer nivel, lo hace único en la IX region, cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo, totalmente recomendable

Buen hotel, cómo recomendación los fines de semana no pedir una habitación que de hacía la calle porque los ruidos de la gente que anda de fiesta no dejan dormir en la madrugada, segunda vez que me pasa. Una lástima porque el hotel es excelente.

Estoy con una amiga y cuando hicimos el check in, solicitamos una buena habitación para poder descansar. Nos asignaron una habitación con 3 camas de 1 plaza en el piso 4. ( Habitación 426). Para mi personalmente resultó una experiencia muy incómoda dormir en una cama tan chica y lo peor de todo es que está ubicada al lado de la calle, por lo que es imposible quedarse dormida. Ruido de autos, motos y personas haciendo ruido en las cercanías del hotel. Atroz! Lamentablemente la solicitud en el check in, fue ignorada. Imposible descansar y ni hablar de relajarse. No volvería !!! Mil veces el Holiday In, donde sí se respetan las solicitudes de los pasajeros.

Excelente como siempre todo . Infraestructura, atención, opciones de entretención 10/10. El precio que tiene para las instalaciones que posee el hotel , hace que por lejos sea la Mejor opción en temuco .
