Ulasan Eight Days Boutique Hotel - Mount Austin

Fast and efficient friendly staff at the main lobby. Clean floor, bed , toilet. Been here a few times this past few months. Only thing that needs to be improved is the black mould problem and wall defects in room I got this time.

Excellent location and the apartment is spacious and adequately equipped. Smoking may be a little inconvenient as it’s prohibited within the entire building. The designated smoking area is next to the guard room. Overall truly enjoy my stay and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay there.

Overall room cleanliness and neatness was good. However, the hotel room wifi signal was weak. There is a night pub named Uncle Don which is a walking distance from this hotel and a very affordable satay stall and roti prata shop. The overall location is good but quite quiet at night.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staffs nearby

Enjoyed my previous stay here and decided to book again. Bed was clean and aircon was good. However, the room this time was facing the road and it was a little noisy at night.

The hotel outlook is quite old and no amenities at all.Corridor leading to rooms is a little dark so kind of scary if walking alone at night. The counter staff is quite friendly and efficient although I can see that they are understaffed. Location wise is quite centralized with good food choices along the road and opposite of the hotel Will consider staying around the area during my next visit.

Excellent location withvseveral eateries nearby. Easy access to JB city centre via GRAB.

Location good, staff friendly, easy to find food

I'd love to give full stars to this hotel but now at 2+am I'm lying wide awake inhaling cigarette smoke either from inconsiderate smokers outside the coridor/puffing in their rooms n somehow got circulated thru the air con? - and I can do nothing about it. I'm also kept awake by the loud engine sounds from cars/bikes along the main road. So book this hotel for its value for money rooms & proximity to Mt Austin, but also be prepared for these lingering smoke stench, alongside dusty floors, aged rooms n small water pressure. During check-in, there was a strong urine/sewage strench in our toilet n our heater was spoilt. However I appreciate the technician for coming down the next morning 8+am to repair it. In short, friendly staff, budget room with good amenities but won't be back.

Hotel with strategic location and some eatery restaurants. Public parking available. Parking need to pay with MBJB app.

Service is good. Room is small, a bed and toilet, no hair dryer.
