It was ok in the beginning but when we asked for breakfast the receptionist said to hand 20 lari each for 3 people to the cook at the basement. I feel they are not honest.
Secondly when we checked out, the cleaner immediately took the key from our hand so she can clean
It was about 10:30 am.
The I realized i forgot my watch and bracelet at the bathroom counter but they denied seeing it. It was a two tone Rolex and a Charriol bangle.

Really very rude staff with a very low customercare orientation ! Room is very small and old and very dirty ! All smells very bad ! Only good part is the location - excellent as is on the middle of the city !

Very comfy hotel at a beautiful location close to pubs, restos and walk to the city. PROS All round great hotel with all the ameneties expectes. Would recommend to get the breakfast option. CONS Nothing to complain about...everyrhing is as staed.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Year before my arrival, accidentally my reservation was cancelled without refund. After this happened, I tried calling and sending mails, to restore my reservation, but the contact was very limited. To this day I didn’t get any response to the mails i have send. People working on the reception weren’t very helpful with my problem. After nearly three weeks i got a response on messenger that they are looking for the solutions regarding this issue. Despite the fact that it is nearly a year to my arrival, the rooms are available and charging me with the cost, hotel is not interested in any help. The only solution that hotel give me was reserving my stay once again and paying the price for the second time. Even one of the people working for ***********, who tried to contact with the hotel to help me with my problem, said that it was the first time he met with this unkind approach towards it’s own clients. I highly don’t recommend visiting this hotel.

Sharden hotel We stayed here for 3 night. The best thing about this hotel is the location which is very close to the Maidan Square, cable car bus service and all the traditional restaurants. The breakfast is also amazing and changes every day. The hotel is neat and clean but definitely on the older side as we have stayed in more modern hotels in Tbilisi before. I also found the hotel to be slightly expensive when compared to other hotels who were just as well located in relation to the old town, but they were fully booked and seem to be doing things right. The hotel is close to a parking lot incase you are hiring a car. Parking close to hotels in Tbilisi is a tricky business. 4/5 Matloba Sharden Hotel
