Semua okay, cuma kalau tingkatkan lagi kebersihan mesti lagi tip top

Booked for my business associates. They mainly loves the room for its modern design. However the steps in the room can be a bit tricky. One of my associates almost trip & fall at the steps twice during her stay.

GOOD LOCATION

THINK TWICE before booking this hotel. I’m staying the premier king room with bath tub. The water condition is very bad. Dirty water with sand. We speak to the hotel in charge person but their response was so disappointed keep on pushing away the responsibility keep on saying water tank is clean and saying that other room’s water is clean. When I going to check other rooms with the person in charge, the water is dirty too🤷♂️ . After that she request me to open the water tap and let the water flow until clean. After a hours, still remain the same ( VERY DIRTY). Will attached picture for reference .

nice designa dn very clean hotel. easy to find, but no any parking lot provide, and surrounding is very hard to find parking,

New hotel and very clean. Very good location which located in Garden city new outlet mall

New hotel, clean & big room. Located inside Garden city building a new outlet mall in Tawau. Surround with many restaurant & entertainment.

bilik sangat selesa. paling best tv sbb boleh login netflix/disney hotstar. ada aircond and kipas. so, u can choose either one. modern style. hotel berdekatan tempat makan. so, senang nk cari makanan area situ. cuma jauh dri airport. dlm 30 minit perjalanan. towel bersih. so, tk perlu bwk towel. will repeat again if outstation tawau lgi
