An awful experience here, we have booked a house with two beds and breakfast which is over HKD 2k per night. We have assigned House 16 and it is a nightmare. 1. Water in the bathroom was clogged and we need to wait for 10 minutes for action and another 20 minutes for fixing. Finally some dark stuff just like the size of a bowl of rice was found inbthe ditch. 2. Electricity was broken in one early morning before 6 am and nobody in the reception counter. I had kept knocking the door for a while and finally he fixed it with several trials. 3. The house is close to the main entrance of the hotel, next to a road and adjacent to the public onsen and toilets of the hotel, it is noisy and with bad smell. 4. The headboard is right next to the door of the public toilet and it is hard to have a peaceful sleep at night. 5. breakfast for day 1 and 2 is ok but for day 3, it is a nightmare. Breakfast has been late for 10 minutes and nobody escorted us to the designated table. Main dish is 2 pieces of ham with a little bit of sprouts and butter. Day 1 is dried fish with tofu and eggs, and day 2 is tofu hotpot with eel and egg. Such a big contrast. 6. There are 3 water taps in the house, 2 are almost broken and two basins are dirty.

Environment is excellent, service excess to your expectations

The staff is nice and service is good, have free parking. The facilities is alright. The seafood hotpot is yummy.

Is a good experience, I liked the Japanese style of it, the location is good, away from the Main Street for around 5mins walking distance. There is a local supermarket near by. staffs can’t speak other languages but Japanese we used Google translate which worked well. I stayed 2 nights, breakfast and dinner were very good too.

The food for breakfast and dinner is not suitable for the elders (personal taste), the hotel is comfortable and the hotel staff has a good attitude.

It was a ryokan that children loved and adults enjoyed as well. The location was good and although the open-air bath was not very large, it was a great temperature that children could enjoy.

This hotel is really nice. The room is big, with two tatami rooms. There is floor heating under the tatami, so it's not cold even if you walk barefoot on the tatami. There is a private hot spring in the room. We booked a breakfast-only package, which was also good, and there was even grilled fish. The whole hotel is small, with a stream running through the whole yard. The most unexpected thing is that guests can boil eggs in hot spring water for free.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the main street, and the surrounding area was nice and not noisy. The open-air bath was very nice, and the facilities were good. The staff was friendly and the kaiseki was good. I had steak for dinner, and the steak was a little fatty, so it was okay except for the fact that it was a little oily. For this price, it's a good value for money~ In addition, eggs and beer were unlimited, which was the best. Even if you have a tattoo, you can use the open-air bath, which was kind and even better.

There is a super sumptuous breakfast and dinner every day, and the service is also super good. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the floor heating is fully turned on, and there are free eggs, beer, and tea, but the dinner is so full that I can hardly eat it. The room also has everything, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a Dyson hairdryer, and some bottled lotions. The public hot springs are open 24 hours a day, so they are often reserved. They took a photo for us before dinner on the first night, posted it and gave it to us. On the last day, we misjudged the train time and almost missed the train. The front desk of the hotel helped us get a taxi, which arrived in less than ten seconds. It was so fast.

This is my second stay. It's as good as before. The hotel is a traditional Japanese courtyard. It's the autumn leaf season and it's very beautiful.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Yufuin Bus Station. It was difficult to move with a carrier. There were many traffic lights on the way and the car passed right next to me, so it was difficult with a carrier. ㅠㅠ But Yufuin-tei's bedding was clean and it was nice that there was a private hot spring. There were hardly any people in the hot spring, so it was very convenient to use. There was a smoking area at the check-in area, so it smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. The service was friendly, but it was a shame that there were no Korean-speaking staff. There was nothing to eat for dinner except steak. The breakfast was very delicious.
