Ulasan Pasha Boutique Hotel

I strongly advise against staying at Pasha Boutique Hotel. This place is a scam in itself. The photos they post online have absolutely nothing to do with the reality of the rooms they provide. The room we were given was in a terrible state—dilapidated walls, broken plumbing, and an unbearable smell. It was so neglected that even the toilet seat was broken and there wasn’t even basic soap for handwashing. To make things worse, when we checked in, we saw another guest receiving slippers. However, when it was our turn, we didn’t get any. We thought maybe they were already in the room, but there was nothing—not even towels. I had to go down to the reception twice just to ask for towels, and when I inquired about the slippers, they simply told me they don’t provide them. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, as it’s close to all amenities, right in front of the Roman Theatre, and just a 10-minute walk from the Amman Citadel. But honestly, that’s not enough to make up for the awful experience. Stay away from this place!

Stay fo 2 nites. Old hotel. Room was ok. Toilet not clean. Old furnishing. Breakfast was limited. Location was great. Parking limited/ by the roadside or paid parking nearby.

It was a wonderful stay with nice people starting from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff everyone was friendly and well mannered and helpfull, I advise everyone to try staying at Pasha Hotel Amman, thanks to everyone for the hospitality. Moh.

Strategic areas , good Staff , good price for transport tour

Located is good place.

For the price, you get a good, renovated room. The staff is more than good.

The room is a bit old and the floor is a bit oily, but the location is good. You can see the ancient Roman opera house next to it from the room. The view is better in the restaurant on the roof. Although the breakfast is not rich and varied, it is still good. The service is good. The hotel also provides round-trip service to the Dead Sea for 50 Jordanian dinars. You can also do spa and cooking courses.

It was so good. The accommodation was clean and had a good view of the Roman theater. Also, the location was the best. The counter staff were very friendly. The tours provided by this accommodation were very satisfying, so I highly recommend you do them.

The hotel is in a very excellent location, and the service was very friendly and helpful, but there was a problem with the internet, it was very weak, maybe because I was on the fourth floor, but we were very bored with the internet, other than that we had a very good stay, thank you very much

Friendly Good staff Rooms could use some renovation

Although the room is a bit old, there is a cafeteria on the fifth floor with views of the old city and the Roman Theater. Very comfortable and cozy

Cheaper than the other one

My first time in Jordan and I booked this hotel very last minute. It’s location is amazing, many shops, stores, and areas to explore just minutes of walking. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a restaurant at the rooftop with delicious food, coffee and tea. You can book tours through the hotel if you’d like for must-see places such as Petra, Dead Sea, Wadi Rum etc. There is airport pick up and drop off available by request as well, which is really helpful especially when arriving for the first time or if you are arriving late after midnight. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay comfortably at a great price, while being able to walk and explore the shops, markets and all of downtown.

Hotel had a great rooftop with beautiful views over the city. The staff were super friendly. Louis was also amazing at organising a tailored tour. I was a solo female traveller and felt in very safe hands with Louis and his drivers. I’d definitely recommend.
