Absolutely horrendous! Toilet was unsanitary, carpet had not been vacuumed, fridge was dirty, grounds were not well kept, and ********* smoke filled the rooms and hallways. This place is disgusting and I would not recommend staying here.

Room stunk. The key machine was broke so we had no keys to get in or out. Bathroom smelled like pee & the floor was dirty.

overall a very nice place and location, clean rooms, friendly staff and fairly priced. my only problem was the lack of consistent wifi coverage due to where my room was located in conjunction with thier router. other than I would recommend to other to stay there

On the first night of our trip it was one o’clock in the morning and someone literally entered our room with a key! The person at the front desk checked someone in and gave them a key to our room and they actually were able to enter our room while we were sleeping my husband,granddaughter,and myself! That was the scariest thing that has ever happened I felt so unsafe after that! When my husband went to speak to a manager there supposedly wasn’t one. After that incident on the first night I suppose it was ok but I will never go back there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! There was not one sincere apology for that happening and I’m not paying money to feel unsafe like that!

Tube should be taken out. Cannot use. Plumbing substandered. Only chair should be thrown out. Riculous price for such a room.

The most disgusting place I have stayed in front desk employee was the rudest person I haven dealt with (Jonathan his name) just look at the pictures the place smelled like cigarettes the walls yellow of nicotine and the hallway stunk like sewer, stay away from this place it ruined our trip and peace of mind Please take this place from your list don’t offer it to nobody else, this place is a disgrace

The service was nice, however the hotel was unacceptable. Bathroom door would not shut, floor was stained, couch was stained, and there was several cockroaches found in the room.

made a lot upgrades, the past reviews can honestly disregarded. check in was fast and smooth, beds were very comfortable, TVs are large and very up to date, all rooms have mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot.

Had to stay in a room due to plumbing at our house. Checked in they didn't ask for a driver license, I thought that was odd. We booked a non smoking room, when called front desk to ask if room we got was non smoking they said we did. Clearly people smoking on that floor. Sheets & pillows had stains, need to be thrown away...i brought my own blanket & pillow regardless. Saw a couple of roaches..You get what you pay for

Dirty room. Constant commotion and questionable activities happening outside my door. Girlfriend refuse to even sit on the bed or stay at all. Room was not worth the stay at all. Left an hour after booking

Waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. Had to wait anorher 20 minutes to get a card key.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We didn't have hand towels or washcloths until later in the day. There was no hair dryer in the room. The one lamp by the nightstand was broken with no bulb. The connecting door would not lock. The ice machine was broken the entire time we were there. There was no diet coke or pepsi in the vending machines. There was no diabetic food available in the morning. Only waffles, dry cereal, and instant oatmeal. We will probably stay somewhere else next time we are in Abilene.
