DIE LAGE DES HOTELS IST SEHR GUT.WIR HATTEN EINEN TOLLEN BLICK ÜBER TAVIRA. DIE ZIMMER WERDEN LEIDER NUR SEHR OBERFLÄCHLICH GEREINIGT UND VIELE SACHEN BENÖTIGEN EINE RENOVIERUNG. DIE ZIMMER SIND SEHR HELLHÖRIG, WIR WURDEN NACHTS DURCH HEIMKEHRENDE EIN PAAR MAL GEWECKT. DIE MITABRBEITER AM EMPFANG SIND IRGENDWIE MEHR MIT SICH BESCHÄFTIGT ALS MIT DEN GÄSTEN, SIND ABER SCHEINBAR BEMÜHT. DAS FRÜHSTÜCK WAR NICHTS BESONDERES UND EINTÖNIG, WENIG FRISCHES OBST.

Maria know that is gorgeous! What makes it extra special is the amazing staff they have… Valerie at the reception. All the lovely cleaning and waiting staff whose names I never got because they are so busy. I lost my purse and they were so concerned and helpful. I would definitely return.

I stayed here on my first solo trip/my birthday. The hotel was perfect and the staff were lovely & helpful! They offered suggestions on places to visit and things to do. I even got a surprise bottle of prosecco and cake delivered to my room on my birthday morning! Very quiet & peaceful area, with so many places nearby (10 min walk or less) but if you don’t feel like exploring, the poolside area, spa & rooftop bar could be more then enough. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options too. 10/10 from me!

I enjoyed a fabulous stay here in Travira. The staff were always smiling, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and even included champagne. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The location was excellent in spite of having an uphill walk from the town. I would definitely stay here again

La ubicación era perfecta (muy cerca del centro de Tavira), con aparcamiento gratuito disponible. Excelente recepción. La limpieza correcta aunque si pondría algún inconveniente en este aspecto, metían ruido en el pasillo y habitaciones muy temprano. Las instalaciones muy bien con piscina , servicio buffet , gimnasio y spa…

A relação qualidade/preço é um absurdo. Não gostamos de ficar no rés do chão, demasiada exposição para a rua. Ficha eléctrica estragada e perigosa.

Parking gratuito, bien el desayuno pero muy malos los zumos, la zona de la piscina normal, y el spa no nos gusto. Las habitaciones están bien, pero la puerta de entrada es muy estrecha.

I stay in this hotel often as I am renovating a home nearby. It is consistently clean, a fantastic staff, comfortable lines, great location for walking Tavira, and usually off street parking. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen.

Lovely roof top bar & pleasant staff, breakfast decent. Hotel rooms where dated, mold in shower, dirt on floors & strange odour in room. Also construction outside room ment balcony was unusable. This hotel has seen better days.

A very nice hotel, fourth time we have stayed in it. Breakfast was very good - enjoyed listening to the pianist each morning. Excellent views from rooftop bar. Our room overlooked the pool with views over the town. Room looked a little tired in places and in need of a refresh. Plenty of storage, comfortable beds.

The hotel was in a great location just outside of the Old Town, but an easy walk down the hill. Uncovered parking was free. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would stay there again. 1 minor complaint for us girls with long hair - no hair conditioner :(

Unfriendly staff, charge you for towels for a simple room change and the restaurant gave me food poisoning
