Very helpful staff all around, clean room. Very accommodating. Was even allowed to leave luggage after checkout to collect when ready to leave in the evening. Best location ever, at the heart of the centre. Loved the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Не отель, а разочарование. Вместо номера 20 кв м и кровати кинг сайз вас заселят в крошечную комнатушку, где стоят две сдвинутые вместе кровати и занимают практически все пространство. Все старое, стены потертые, в ванне черная плесень, кровати разъезжаются и вы падаете в дырку. Слышимость ужасная, разговор в соседнем номере или в коридоре как будто рядом с вами, за окном гудит вытяжка (отель находится над кафешками).

住過最差的地方、毛巾被單都發黑。晚上穿着褲子和外套睡的。小冰箱響的呀，晚上果斷拔了電源，還有蚊子，開燈睡。照片與實際不符！！！位置也不行

酒店在一個市場上面，環境比較吵鬧，但交通方便。洗澡下水不暢通，設施待完善。但酒店前台服務員態度好，服務熱情，樂於助人！

룸 와이파이가 안됩니다ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 로비에서는 매우 잘됨 로비에서는 물과 뜨거운 물이 항시 준비되어 잇으며 2층 입구에는 성인용샵?? 같은게 있음 샵이 문이 닫혀있으며 모르겟지만 열려있을땐 별로인건 사실 우선 2박에 청소는 안해줌 방은 넓엇으며 화장실이 매우 작음 물이 세는지 샤워하고 나오면 바닥에 물이 없엇는데 시간이 지나면 물이 생겨서 발걸레로 틈을 막앗음 화장실에서는 사용후 물소리? 물이동소리가 들림 빵빵한 에어컨과 냉장고는 매우 좋았음 거의 10시 넘어서까지 광장? 에서 노래를 불러서 소리에 예민하신분은 고민해보셔야 할듯 위치는 트램통해서 이동하기 너무 좋음 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 근처에 블로그에서 추천해준 맛집도 3개나 잇음 (10분내) 밤늦게까지 다녀도 안전한 곳 +긎처에 가게도 많으니 1박-2박 내외로 머무를거라면 추천

位置挺好的，就在海灘邊特別熱鬧的一條街上。工作人員也特別好，每次見面都笑眯眯的，有要求必應。但是酒店本身的設施有點影響睡眠，窗簾是白色的，晚上還有燈光一閃一閃，不戴眼罩睡不着。衞生間熱水倒是挺好的，但是衞生間有股味道。進酒店的門不好找，在旁邊的一個很隱蔽的鐵門那裡，晚上不到九點鐵門就關了，有人來的話就按門鈴，住在二樓的我半夜總是聽到門鈴。我訂酒店的時候説是含早餐的，但其實沒有，要花20里拉他們會給你送早餐到酒店，請工作人員改一下訂房時的訊息。如果衹是圖位置，圖便宜，可以住。

Let me share with you my terrible experience at this horrible hotel , please don't get scammed. And if there rating bellow zero I think they deserve. Firstly, I made a reservation online and they send me the confirmation letter of my reservation and told me the room I have reserved 25 meter square is reserved for me as on schedule and it is the same as pictures they sent to me. When I arrived at the hotel at night they just told me don't have this room for you we have just small room available around 8 meter square and just for this night and tomorrow we will change it to you. And I had to choose it there is no available options at night and I was tired and I paid full money for that little room, second day the reception girl and her rude manager gave me a smaller room , claimed that this room is bigger but in reality it is smaller than the first one and low ceiling you can touch by your hand. After that I argued with them , they gave me a double bed room just around 10 meter square near the staff in the same floor of recetopn with no privacy , everyone can see you changing clothes in the room and they just keep tell me tomorrow we will change it for you when we have empty room and they have empty rooms I saw them but they just kept telling me that these rooms had reservations and on day 7 on my trip they knocked the door on me the rude reception girl Neulovard or some sh* t like that her name, told me I have to check out for this room because they gave it to another person and they will give me another room I accept that and when we came to pay they told me the price is higher and I have to pay more and when I told them i made a reservation and we had a deal the manager the rude mohammed told me " GO out of our hotel , we don't have room for you search for another hotel " ,, and all the staff told me to use the stairs claimed that terrible elevator is stopped and it wasnot a hotel it was just rooms in an old building near the loud sound and I couldn't sleep because of loud noise till 3 or 4 am during my whole stay there. They reuined all my holiday and all my plans changed just for that terrible hotel . It was the worst experience I have ever had in my all holidays.

Bugs, dirty, floor was never moped, very loud at night, cement was falling from walls, dump.

Very friendly helpful staff. Let down by smell in corridor and shower and no hot water from basin taps. Area in city centre great for convenience but load music till late so not for guests looking for a quiet stay. Room comfortable

Centrally located, yet quiet night, kind and helpful staff, budget-friendly. Not luxury, but sufficient. No breakfast included.
