The hotel was in a good location that met our needs. The breakfast served was good and staffed. The room was clean but smelled musty. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom finishes were sloppy, caulking. Room was quiet.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, however overall smell of room should be cleaner/fresher.

Room had a roach in it & the smell was awful down the hall to the restrooms on bottom floor. Bfast was mediocre. Not sure I'll stay here again

The lobby is decent but as soon as you get off of the elevator and walk into the hallways, it smells like mold or old carpets. The rooms smell moldy too. The carpet doesn’t seem like it’s ever been vacuumed. Tv is old and channels are so limited. No kids shows. Nothing seems to have been updated in a while. Just save your money and go stay somewhere in Orlando because you will not get what your money’s worth around this location.

It was an absolute nightmare. Upon entering the room, I was greeted not by a warm welcome, but by a horde of cockroaches scurrying across the floor like it was their own personal playground. The sight was utterly repulsive, and I immediately regretted my decision to book a room here. As if the roach infestation wasn't bad enough, the customer service was equally atrocious. When I demanded a refund and expressed my disgust at the unsanitary conditions, the staff showed zero empathy and refused to give me my money back. It's clear that they care more about lining their pockets than ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dump of a hotel at all costs. Trust me, you'd be better off sleeping in your car than subjecting yourself to the filth and incompetence of this hotel

Hotel and room had a weird odor. Got charged 2) $100.00 room deposits and had to dispute with credit card because they said they did not. Could not get the front desk to answer the phone to try and fix,

The lobby and the room were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. We loved that we could come back from an outing and know there was a fresh, hot cup of coffee waiting for us in the lobby at any time. The breakfast they provided for guests was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Place was in need of some upgrades. Carpet I room worn out in places and did not feel clean to bare feet.

Stayed for a weekend it was quiet,our room was clean,staff is friendly,my favorite would have to be the breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Large suite with comfortable king bed and sitting area with sofa and desk. Very nice lobby and complimentary breakfast was very good. Short 1 night stay when visiting the area and made a last minute reservation. Pleasantly surprised at his nice it was!

Good location , space was good not to cramped - needs a lot of repair and updating No lamp or outlets on nightstand on one side of bed - nightstand had a chunk of wood missing on one corner- bathroom door very beat up - twice I took folded bath towels supposedly clean and found clumps of black hair in them - so gross Staff was fine - lobby are fine

The hotel is dated and in need of some renovation. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was nice working properly. The choices were limited. The service was from the front desk was excellent.

A few friends and I came for a girls trip to Mt. Dora and chose the Comfort Inn because of its central location. The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows and sheets were clean and very soft. It exceeded my expectations. Also, the free breakfast was great. Would definitely return.
