Ulasan Lavande Hotel (Guangzhou South High-speed Railway Station Shibi Metro Station)

The service is so good that there is nothing to say, enthusiastic and efficient, and basically responds to every request.

Can not believe they dare to ask such room rate. Hotel was supposed to be walking distance from the Guangzhou South Railway station, well there is construction all around so had to walk nearly an hour before arriving at the hotel. Then there is construction ongoing in the hotel, actually in the room beside mine. Finally, breakfast is outside in a different location, only Chinese. Have seen factory cantines cleaner than this. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but will not stay here again in the future.

The experience was great. The hotel is located close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making it convenient for me to get to the hotel after a somewhat long train ride to the station. It is also closely located to fun places like the Chimelong parks. The hotel bed was comfortable. There was also a constant supply of drinking water. Perhaps, the hotel rent was reasonable compared to nearby hotels.

Great location. They has a free shuttle service to South railway station, but need to book in advance, so it’s hard for foreigner to get. Room was not that clean, dust on the floor and hair on my bed sheet!!!!!

The hotel room is newly renovated which is nice and clean but the lobby and lift is old. I stayed only to sleep and was moved from XS apartment hotel in Guanzhou which was terrible so this one is a much better upgrade.

The location is closed to the GZ south Train station. But not walkable distance, it takes around 25 mins walk. While to the metro station, it is only 3 mins. The breakfast is so so. … The room is clean and view is good. I will book again for the next trip.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. I forgot to ask if they have non-smoking room and I got a room where everything has the smell deep in the floor, sheets, etc. but that is maybe my own fault but if you don't smoke like me, remember to ask! :) I enjoyed the simple but tasty breakfast even for someone who doesn't eat meat :) I also went for a run in the local area and found some cool local streets, some trees and hills and I walked to and from the train station in two different directions and both were about 30 minutes and easy enough to navigate :)

Convenient for the train station, maybe 10 minutes in a taxi.

這家酒店的設施和服務讓我感到非常滿意。房間乾淨整潔，配品質量也很好，讓人感到舒適和温馨。離地鐵站也很近，我們晚上到站後還有工作人員免費來接，很不錯哈 樓下也有早點小吃

環境：酒店是樓下的幾層，酒店以上的樓層應該是類似租給其他客人的公寓，然後，電梯居然是酒店住客和公寓租客共用的。也就是説，無論誰都可以隨便坐電梯上去你的房間，安全方面真的存在特別大的問題。 設施：樓層很高，雖然公寓的租客和酒店的客人都很多，但是電梯大部分時間衹開一到兩部，有的時候在一樓大堂排隊坐電梯都需要十幾分鍾。想坐電梯下樓也要一直等，因為電梯一直滿員。 總的來説，是住過最差的麗楓酒店了。
