The room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

Served its purpose for the traveler. Good room and amenities. You get what you expect considering price point. Hope you can continue the quality service. Will stay again in the future.

酒店地理位置優越，就在亞拉河邊，步行即可到市中心及唐人街，房間比較大，設施齊全，洗衣烘乾很是便利，早餐品種豐富，值得選擇。

過年就在這家酒店過的，周圍非常繁華，吃飯方便，廚房設施齊備，買東西也方便，關鍵服務人員特別熱情，打掃衞生打掃的很乾凈，洗衣機烘乾機特別好用，非常贊

西碼頭酒店位置非常好，亞拉河南岸鬧中取靜，過橋對面就是flinders火車站的免費tram區和Coles超市。 酒店套房很適合一家人一起居住，配有客廳，餐廳，廚房，洗衣機，洗碗機，自帶洗衣服洗碗機清洗液。

很好，不過可以的話選一下高樓層

套房面積很大，出行交通便捷，步行到市區景區公園很方便，（聖保羅大教堂、皇家植物園、戰爭記念館、塗鴉街等）
