Ulasan Hilton Lake Como

Meskipun hotel ini tidak dekat dengan pusat kota, layanan dan lingkungan secara keseluruhan sangat baik. Kamar-kamarnya tenang dan nyaman, dan pilihan sarapannya berlimpah. Kami hanya menginap selama dua malam, dan setiap hari kami berjalan kaki dari hotel menyusuri danau ke pusat kota dan dermaga, yang memakan waktu sekitar 25 hingga 30 menit. Meskipun perjalanannya agak panjang, namun sangat tenang dan nyaman, dengan udara segar dan rasa aman. Anda dapat naik taksi kembali ke hotel setelah gelap. (Namun, tidak banyak taksi di Danau Como, jadi tidak terlalu mudah untuk mendapatkan taksi setelah gelap. Bahkan lebih sulit lagi untuk menemukan taksi jika hujan.)

Kamar-kamarnya luas dan nyaman, berjarak 5-10 menit berjalan kaki dari danau. Sayangnya, seprai dan handuknya agak usang, dan tidak banyak restoran di dekatnya. Ini adalah salah satu dari sedikit hotel di tepi danau yang menawarkan tempat tidur ganda.

Hotel ini sungguh luar biasa! Pemandangan Danau Como dari kolam renang tanpa batas sangat menakjubkan. Hadiah di kamar (tas, kacamata hitam, dan sandal jepit untuk pria dan wanita) Sarapannya lezat dan bervariasi! Penutur bahasa Rusia tersedia di hotel. Terima kasih khusus kepada Andrey, dia menjelaskan semuanya dan sangat membantu! Stafnya ramah. Kami akan kembali!

Hotel ini baru dan bersih, serta tampak hebat dari luar. Kebersihan dan luasnya sangat baik, pelayanannya ramah, dan lokasinya bagus—dekat dengan mobil. Restoran hotel juga cukup bagus dan layak dikunjungi, dengan pemandangan yang fantastis (meskipun kamar-kamarnya tidak memiliki pemandangan).

Everything was perfect here at Hilton Lake Como. Staff was very nice and attentive. Thank you for always attending your customers with smiles. They can arrange taxi in couple of mins whenever you need which was great. I wanted to have dinner at their Terrace restaurant and have a message in their Spa but both of the things were fully booked so if you need these things , you need to book in advance and do not expect availability after you checkin.

Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was a highlight — spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

I stayed for 1 night only. The room was quite spacious for the two of us. The service was great from the moment I checked in the bellboy helped with our luggage and we were served a complimentary drink. The bathroom was also very big. The location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to Lake Como, and there are halal restaurants nearby.

We asked an extra blanket and tooth brushes in the room . It didn’t arrive until we called 3 times to remind them. Those things arrived after 1.5hrs.

The rooftop bar is a must visit. Skip the como funicular ride. Save time and money. The view here is much better.

My stay was overall average, but there were several aspects that were disappointing for a hotel of this standard. First, the check-in experience was not very welcoming. The staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and did not provide the warm hospitality I would normally expect. Second, the bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. I called housekeeping to request firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were never delivered. These issues may seem small, but for a hotel of this level, attention to guest comfort and service responsiveness is very important. It was quite disappointing that my request was not followed up. I hope the hotel can improve the service and responsiveness in the future.

We had a lovely short stay. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. Things and services were great! Had a good morning jog along the lake which was a highlighted of my trip.

Good location, nice service, wonderful experience.

Car paring gate is not automatic sensor & not convenient for the guest.  Upgrade room for extra Euro400 per night for the lake view suite but the view is not really good, room is quite old.

Have a very relaxing vacation with family in the beautiful como.
