I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Changzhou Hotel! The service was exceptional, making us feel truly valued throughout our visit. Our room was amazing, featuring a luxurious bathtub—a rare find in China. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive array of options that catered to all tastes. From start to finish, every aspect of our stay was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and fantastic service in Changzhou!

I really love the room, everything was so clean, new and hygienic. The room was so big as well. I really appreciate the stay so much! The staff were so nice as well. Will definitely go back everytime I have a chance to go to Changzhou. I didn't realize that I booked the room that exclude breakfast and the quota for breakfast was already full on that day. But the staffs were so eager to help me to contact the other staffs and finally i was be able to have a breakfast.

Staff is friendly, but only rarely speaks English. Hotel is not kept up well - many dings and things/ areas in need of repair.

太湖灣音樂節首選！離武進站非常近，酒店可聯繫接送！非常好的體驗，接觸了很多工作人員，每個都很貼心，點名表揚Winnie和David Zhang，細緻周到，五一期間都能很耐心的幫解決問題！酒店乾淨舒適，音樂節期間還偶遇了不少樂手，意外收穫！！

五一小長假翻了常州的牌子，恐龍園已經去過兩次了，所以這次就選擇住在淹城的附近。由於是節假日期間，我們到的時候還沒有打掃好。接待我們的前台張瑩很貼心的讓我們在行政酒廊等待，並將房卡直接送過來。酒店的服務還是很五星的，下次來常州還住這裏！

很喜歡常州富都洲際酒店，作為IHG的老會員很在於洲際品牌的入住感覺，首先酒店的大堂給人很高端大氣的感覺，房間的入駐體驗超讚!我喜歡略有年代感的酒店，積累了很多現在找不到的感覺，這裏感謝一下員工Winnie雨晴熱情周到的服務，感覺特別專業又細心。酒店的健身娛樂設施齊全，休閑好去處。，西村的套餐很完美，總之酒店的整體性價比高！
