It’s clean and close to Sendai Station, and the view is pretty good. The room has great natural light, and you can see the street view from the window.

The hotel is acceptable n bf is good but the front desk staffs seem to be not hospital.. noted many foreigners work here.. perhaps they were not trained the Japanese way of hospitality.. no greeting when check in no greeting when check out.. think the hotel need to improve on this. The hotel layout is to be complimented design n layout is much unique b better then other chain !

The hotel is very new, everything looks so fresh. Central location, 6-8 mins walk from sendai station. Reasonable price

Good clean room, easy check in however no free parking.

The hotel is located near Sendai station, just about 5 min. walk. However, the hotel sign is not prominent. For others hotel, you can see the hotel name at the top of the building and find them easily, this hotel you have to walk with gg map. The staff were not at the lobby when we checked out. And they have no luggage deposit service. There was a sign saying you can leave the luggages at the lobby but they are not responsible of it. (meaning, you can leave it, but if it’s lost, not our business)

Good location, nice hotel, but service just normal! Breakfast from 7am to 11am, but check out time at 10am??
