air conditioner is weak, so if you turn off it, it’s gonna be hot within 20-30 minutes, choice for breakfast is very limited. id prefer to add more fruits. reception offered us 3hours trip to nearest island, so we asked the possibility before check out, they said only at 12:00, we didn’t wanna to wait 1 hour after check out, because its very hot. after 10 minutes lady from reception arrived and told that there would be a boat within 15 minutes, so we had to check out earlier in a hurry for a trip. when i came to pay, she said that extra fee for maya bay would be charged - 400batt for person. what? she said just before this trip? so you have to pay 1800batt for trip and 800 for fee? couldn’t you tell us before??? so it looked like i was fooled. she showed me a booklet with price, but there was no info about how much we should extra pay. very disappointed with their service. I DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great views from the top, especially at breakfast. Peacefulness. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The location isn’t very convenient though as it’s at the far end of Long Beach and there’s a lot of stairs to climb to go up and down. It’s a nice and quiet beach but there aren’t many options for restaurants and only 1 bar. Getting a taxi boat is always not easy so you need to trek an hour to go to town.

Stayed from 10.04.2025 to 12.04.2025 Everything is great!!! Great view! Staff via Google translator. I read the comments, that's why I chose this hotel!!! But WHY DID NOBODY WRITE ABOUT THE 135 STEPS UP THE MOUNTAIN??? TO GET TO THE HOTEL YOU NEED TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL FITNESS :) But everything else is very good!!! Will we return to this hotel again? No.

The hotel is 5 out of 10, the room is very old and in poor condition, the service staff is pleasant and kind, except for the young woman administrator, she is very rude and tactless. The breakfast is average. Disappointed, we expected more.

Nice hotel with a great view! The highest point on the island. The hotel is cozy, the houses and the territory - I liked everything. The breakfast is modest, but it's not about the breakfast, but about the location of the hotel on one of the best beaches on the island.

First of all, it is far from the center of the island, and it is inconvenient to eat. You have to take a boat to get there, and then you have to climb 20 meters of stairs to get to the hotel. It is really tiring and uncomfortable. The most important thing is that the woman at the hotel front desk discriminates against Chinese people. She is impatient when communicating with her, and she is as friendly as her father to white people. My hair faded and dyed the pillowcase, and I paid 1,000 baht for compensation. I was speechless. And the window of the room I stayed in could not be opened, which was a bit stuffy.

A hotel with good value for money. Although you need to climb stairs, the view at the top of the mountain is very nice. You can snorkel in the sea in front of the beach. Recommended

In general, I liked the hotel. The service and reception left a positive impression. We read the comments and roughly knew what awaited us. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. The hotel staff was friendly. The location of the hotel, the sea view, the bungalows and the area itself were unusual and conducive to a romantic mood while on Phi Phi Island. Thank you. I recommend.

It's cool, take the beautiful view and enjoy the sunsets. The house is very cozy, there is a small terrace where the cats come. There is a speed boat from the pier to the hotel.

When you come to this hotel, you must contact them in advance to pick you up at the pier, or take a fishing boat there. The map shows that it is only 2.0 kilometers away. It is also very pleasant to walk along the coastline, but there is no way to go after walking. It is completely uphill. , beach, and stone steps. It was very difficult to carry the suitcase. With the heat wave, I finally walked for more than four hours to get to the hotel. I had to carry the suitcase and walk up the stone steps equivalent to four flights of stairs before actually arriving at the hotel. I contacted the restaurant through Ctrip on the way, but language was the biggest obstacle. The check-in experience was good. When we left the hotel to go to the port, the hotel sent us by boat, and we arrived at the dock in ten minutes. Phi Phi Island pier is divided into north and south piers. Ours is the southern "Tongsai" pier. It takes two hours to take a boat to Phuket.
