Misrepresentation and Poor Customer Service
We recently had a family stay at Pafuli Bungalov in Trabzon and our experience was distressing. Despite prior assurance, the hotel did not honor their commi**ent to provide free breakfast and extra beds for our group. Their false advertising and refusal to correct their mistakes caused considerable inconvenience and disappoin**ent.
When we reported these issues to *******, the hotel retaliated by treating us poorly and falsely accusing us of damaging their property. Additionally, the lack of adequate air conditioning in the bungalows forced our large group to sleep in the living rooms (there is no AC in the bedrooms).
Overall, we found Pafuli Bungalov to be unprofessional, misleading, and unwilling to rectify their mistakes.
