Ulasan Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center

The thermostat is broken on the wall. At midnight, the AC turned on to full speed for no reason and I was waken up by the noise. I went to the front desk, they gave me batteries and ask me to replace the batteries in the thermostat.

Although we only stayed overnight we were very pleased. We had stayed at the property when it was a Hilton. We know it has changed ownership and needs some updating but it was still very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Alexis at the front desk .

The hotel was very clean and quite i loved it. Definitely coming back soon.

On the first day, I had to wait until 5 o'clock before I could check in. The entire hotel covers a large area and the lobby is very bright. The service is really hard to say. The service staff who cleaned the room didn't seem to understand English very well. There was only coffee on the first day of check-in, and the price was more expensive for 3 people than for 2 people, but only two coffees were given. After cleaning the room, I didn't get coffee either. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. I stayed for 6 days and asked for coffee 3 times at the front desk 😰. There is no kettle or tea. There is a small business district around the hotel, with a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee lunch shop in the business district. There is a magnolia tree at the door, which is very beautiful!
