Very pretty, neat and clean hotel that is walkable to anywhere. The hotel look so grand from the outside and the lobby is big and spacious. A lot of food around the area. The room is big and clean, Toilet is big for Japanese standard. They even provide light dinner. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to Matsumoto.

Decent hotel that is located 5 mins from the train station. Hotel offers free ramen or ice cream at night.

Good breakfast with free ramen in night is best. Front desk was good. Restaurant staff behaviour should improve and they should not point out customers and try to give best service and support. They should not teach rules to customers

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Matsumoto Station! Spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious room for Japan. The free simple supper (ramen or croffle ice cream) was a nice touch. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a huge variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and value.

Excellent hotel in good location. Hotel warmly heated and comfortable despite very cold weather. Actually snowing during our stay. Enjoyed our stay. Multi-storey parking available off-site about 100m away for 1500yen, multiple entries/exits per day for fixed price. Shopping malls nearby

Parking is not convenient at all. The hotel will ask you to walk almost 10 minutes away to a parking lot that is frequently at 90% capacity already. The toilet still had brown stains on the seat and smelled of piss…

The hotel does not have a private car park. It takes me to walk from the assigned car park back to the hotel for around 5min. It charges us a hotel discount for 1200yen for parking 18hours, which is reasonable. The room is small but clean and comfortable.

Close to bus and train station. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle. Rooms clean and comfortable. After 8 pm free ramen or dessert in hotel restaurant: nice touch!

Acceptable location. Regarding hotel staff, some are good, some are not. Good room with sufficient space, but cannot say large.

Pleasant nice place to stay. A bit of a pity l was there only for a night. A special experience, earthquake magnitude of lower 5 was felt at 8:19 pm Japan time.

Wonderful stay in Matsumoto. Room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel offered a delicious late night ramen or ice cream service at 8pm-10pm. Also, breakfast in the hotel (6:30am-10am) was also amazing; it was a buffet style with more than 50 variety of ingredients. Highly recommend this hotel!
