Ulasan Guam Plaza Resort

I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!

"I booked my flight on May 29, but the system mistakenly helped me book the hotel for April 29 instead. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot issue a refund for the wrong booking, and I'm really very sad about it.

The hotel is in a great location and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.just a few steps away to the beach.I recommend this hotel!!!

Good experience we had staying at the hotel this time. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again and again.

Easy access to every where! At the heart of Tumon at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was great. I like the quietness and cleanliness.

Great location, nice staff. Unfortunately rooms are not very clean floors go untouched. Not much amenities in the room. Furniture needs a shampoo and deep cleaning along with the carpet in the hallways that smell like mildew. The swimming pool doesn't seem to be treated properly It took a day and a half to get my full vision back.

# 체크인할 때 시설에 대한 안내가 하나도 없었습니다 # 생수는 무조건 첫날 냉장고에 있는 두 병만 줍니다 주변에 정수기도 없으니 참고하시고 헬스장에 정수기 하나 있는데 헬스장 10시 전엔 닫는 것 같아요. 시간 안내 못 받아서 모르겠습니다. # 비치타올 따로 주는 데가 없어서 데스크에서 받았습니다 # 룸 청소 2박 내내 안해줬고 수건도 추가 제공 없었습니다 # 룸키 등록을 제대로 안해서 두번이나 카드키 바꿨어요

タモンのど真ん中。飲食店や買い物には最高の場所です。 プールが小さいので、プール目当てはダメです。併設してるターザも閉館してます。 日本語スタッフはほぼ不在でした。 海まで歩いてすぐなので、水着のままいけます！ プールに空気入れはないので、持参をお勧めします。 JPのミニストアがあるので、飲み物やちょっとしたお菓子はすぐ買えます。 ホテル代を抑えたい方はかなりおすすめです。

帰国便が早朝のため、最終日1泊のみ利用しました。 寝れたら十分、と予約しましたが期待以上でした。 いいところ ・立地。タモンのど真ん中でにぎやか 　ビーチまでも徒歩圏内 ・価格が他のメジャーホテルの半額 ・施設は古いものの清掃やメンテが行き届いている ・ロビーのコンビニはABCストアと同等の価格 ・水、歯ブラシなど十分なアメニティ 残念なところ ・人の動きが多いのか、朝晩問わずホテル全体が騒々しい ・事前の調べ通りだったがウオーターパークがクローズだった（その分、中庭のプールでも楽しめたが、ビーチタオルは無いようで部屋のタオルを使用） 3泊、4泊となるとお勧めできないかもしれません。

価格帯を重視して予約しました。リゾートステイやホテルの高いクオリティーを求めるには少し足りませんが、ショッピングはしやすく、ホテルのコストを考えるのであれば十分です。少し清掃が行き届いてなかったことと、プールのスライダーがやってなかったことは残念でした。
