The pool villa is fantastic. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, right on beach and short walk to a lot shops and restaurants.

服務無可挑剔，所有事情都是貼心的，由開車到達的那刻就能感受到，早餐非常不錯，其他餐飲也是經濟美味的，房間也是期望之內，酒店內還有親切的貓貓陪伴著，但有一事情真的要處理，房間有漏電的情況，很危險，淋浴時若然同時開hair dryer, 接觸到金屬如水龍頭，花灑頭就會觸電。。。。

สภาพภายในห้องดูดีแต่ไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร มีเศษผมประปรายหลายจุด เข่น แก้วกาแฟตรงมินิบาร์, ในอ่างแช่ ฯ รางไฟบนหัวเตียงที่เป็นกระจกฝุ่นเยอะมาก ทางเราพัก 3 วัน 2 คืน ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เมื่อทำห้อง แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้เมื่อเทียบกับบริการของพนักงานร้านอาหาร กับที่ฟร้อน ถือว่าเล็กน้อย เพราะพวกเขาสุภาพและน่ารักมากๆๆๆๆค่ะ รักที่นี่ จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

疫情政策一放鬆就安排了全家人出遊，非常可惜這個酒店的服務和危機處理體驗非常差，先是幫我們安排了錯誤的房間，又讓我們為酒店自己的錯誤額外付錢，最後是攜程幫我們協調並承擔了損失。另外酒店基本90%是德國退休長者，對於任何孩子的聲音特別敏感，不建議帶娃家庭去。攜程客服一流，但是酒店自身客服非常差！

First visit to Thailand, Khao Lak, which didn’t disappoint, in particular the Ramada resort. The resort is very central with supermarkets, shops and bars right on its doorstep. The staff were incredibly lovely, in particular our room cleaners (Pu and Twoper). Always a joy to see and speak to in the morning. On site there is a few activities to keep you busy around the hotel from complementary paddle boards and Kayaks to the gym, table tennis and pool tables. The spa centre is fantastic and great value for money for a Thai massage. The pool was a great size. Lots of space to swim and plenty of sun beds to choose from. Nice chilled atmosphere too. Not too loud like some holiday guests can be. You also had the option of a private beach which was lovely for a change of scenery. The resort hosted a series of excursions which we made full use of including a boat trip and elephant sanctuary. These were at an extra cost but were both great trips and well organised. Improvement area I’d say was the food, there needs to be more variety in my opinion and if you stay longer than a week, you see the same menu / themes over and over. I’d recommend half board then you have plenty of options eating out. The last improvement area is how dated the rooms appear. Yes, the rooms were clean, spacious and authentic. But they could be done with modernising to keep in line with the rest of the resort. You are treated like royalty at this hotel and made to feel welcome from arrival and throughout your stay. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Khao Lak.

We stayed one night in 2104 which overlooked the gardens. Unfortunately it smelled very musty but other than that it was a lovely room. The breakfast was great, fab coffee and lots of choice, and the staff were really lovely. It was a very short walk to lots of restaurants. We didn’t stay longer as we were on our way to Khao Sok National Park.

The resort was magnificent. the pool was very relaxing and the happy hour at the pool bar was a highlight. We spent eight nights at the resort and we're very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere. We will definately be back in the future. Close to local restraunts and activities. We Enjoyed the resort restraunt and spa facilities.

Excellent resort in Khao Lak. We chose because of the location and proximity to local life. Not disappointed at all easy walk outside to numerous restaurants and bars for great food and local tastes. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well serviced. Staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and had so many western and Asian options to suit all tastes. Hotel restaurants also very good. The resort pool was so nice with so many lounges we had no trouble finding a place to rest under shade. Poolside bar was a go to each afternoon for happy hour. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend

The staff at this wonderful hotel are the absolute best. Nothing is too much for them. Great pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent location with a short walk to all amenities and the market. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. You will not be disappointed with a stay here.

To be honest this is probably one of the best holidays we've been on, and we have been on a lot... It's in a great location on the beach near the tsunami museam. We booked it through Luxury Escapes as there were quite a few good inclusions in the package. The staff were amazingly helpful in every way possible. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a couples spa day. 4.5 hrs for my Partners birthday. They really made it a special experience for us both. Food: Menu was comprehensive and food was amazing and fresh. Special thanks goes to 'Pu' our room cleaner for keeping our room amazingly clean. and for decorating the bed on Brian's birthday. And to: 'Ticktok' and the whole spa team. You were amazing. Not forgetting the restaurant staff: Who were all extremely professional and helpful. Oh..and you Peter Zimmermann (General Manager) you run a good hotel there. Congrats for employing great staff. the whole experience was great, har5d to point out one particular part, because we, my friends and I had a great time the service was great the happy hour was excellent, so what else can one say, other then try it yourself!!! we are Shure that you will enjoy the stay just as we did.

Great resort with friendly and caring staff. Stayed on a Luxury Escapes package which provided excellent value. Tasty breakfast with heaps of variety (but not Vegemite!), generous happy hour between 4-5pm at pool bar and free lunch/dinner at Sassis's. Rooms with balconies were spacious and clean - only drawback was I cut my legs on the protruding bed bases, so be careful! Massages at the spa were lovely. You can swim at the pool, or the beach which is adjacent. The location is in easy walking distance of the markets and local shops. A great holiday din can't wait to return. Highly recommended.
