Ulasan Sheraton Taitung Hotel

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

The new front-desk guy was really kind and supportive. Unlike other female worker or his in-charge manager, he tried all his best to help us solve the problem that we encountered Room was clean but we got bitten by mosquitos…

nice location. pity that the night market downstairs is under renovation but it is very central so you can find everywhere you want nearby plus Tai Tung is a small city.

チェックイン時間より早く到着したのでカバンを預かって貰おうとしたところ､チェックインして部屋迄案内してくれたので大変嬉しかったです。 スタッフさんは皆んな親切で笑顔がとても素敵でした。

車子開到門口就有人員來幫忙下行李，停車場就在旁邊 飯店設施很豐富，有三溫暖 遊戲室 游泳池 服務人員也非常親切 重點是早餐可以吃到12:30超級大推 而且早餐內容超級豐盛 下次還要再去入住！！

衛生只給3星是因為，小細節的清潔沒有很到位。例如：冰箱下面和旁邊的格紋櫃面都有灰塵；衣櫃對面牆壁上的插座邊邊灰塵也沒有擦到，我們自己擦了。位置很方便，行前也有告知有修路工程，正緊鄰停車場，所以車子變得超髒🤣。遇到的服務人員都很親切❤️；餐點好吃，而且我是第一次看到有主廚會親自巡查用餐區域的，很用心👍設施我們都沒有使用，所以不知道怎麼給星⋯（抱歉）⋯唯一要抱怨的是，房間空調的聲音實在是太大聲，有點影響睡眠，有點困擾。有機會仍會再訪，台東市區住宿的好選擇。
