Very convenient location. Room is nice but corridor common areas can use some up keeping. House keeping not as good because seem only one staff member.

There are ants and insects hid in new shower towel, the blanket is too small but we requested additional for free. Basin tap when turns on heat water, the pipe sound conceal in wall very loud.

It’s a good location. However the room is quite small. The corridor is dark too.

I stayed here for 3 nights, The location was good not far away from Ximenting, The hotel has 7-11 and a family mart nearby, There is a huge bed and huge bathroom, no bidet, room had small window but no view (window can open but will face with wall of another building). The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable.

Very convenient location in ximending. However the front desk service can be improved. The receptionist wasn't there when we wanted to check out at 12pm (usual check out time) and had to wait 20 mins before she came to process our check out.

This hotel locates just outside of the busy and noisy Ximending shopping district. Is just less than 10 mins away from the MRT, and less than 5 mins walk back into the shopping district. Very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist us whenever we need help.

Hotel is located slightly away from ximen mrt, have to walk about 10mins.

很後悔沒有聽trip.com 的評論，蘋果旅店位置距離西門站約7分鐘，不是太近西門站。房間不是太少， 18平方米，尚可打開兩個大喼，但是一入房間，就有一陣陣尿味，歷久不散。到處也有塵埃，未試過一間酒店是如此的。房間的設計本來不錯，就是衛生欠佳。 預訂的是雙人床，被子太短了，兩個人不夠用，打電話到服務台要求多一張被子，回覆說全部給其他人借了，不能借給我。 通風口全是灰塵。 入住第二天，早上全是熱水，大堂說冷水的馬達壞了，晚上回旅館，情況一樣，要投訴，等一輪才有冷水，真是未試過。 服務員的態度不錯。 總括來說，如果有得選擇，還是不要入住。

我第一次有咁差嘅經驗，check-in後上房一出𨋢全層黑孖孖，好似去咗**咁，感覺好唔舒服，不想再留多一會，搞到我要即刻上網再book其他酒店， 上網睇啲相都唔係咁樣，簡直呃人 今次經驗簡直係嘥錢嘥我時間 間酒店根本未準備好就唔好租俾人😡😡
