The hotel isn’t in the city center however there is a tram right into it. Took 15 min to go there. The view was ok, as you can look over the city.

I really like the decoration style of the hotel, it has a feeling of Greek style. But the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, which has caused us inconvenience. In addition, the hygiene of the hotel needs to be improved. After staying at the hotel for two nights, we all experienced varying degrees of itching on our bodies.

Very disappointing stay: The hotel sits next to an overpass. My room was in 4/F and the overpass was just at the window. There was no view and the window did not offer an ideal soundproof protection. I got awaken by the cars driving by each morning during my stay. Also, towels are not changed for two night stay, and when I requested them to be changed, I was told that towels are only available at reception and I need to go down to collect myself. When I called the reception, I could not understand what was said due to accent and I asked for clarification - the receptionist just hung up without any explanation. I did not feel I was being treated with respect or care when I stayed at this hotel. I would never book this hotel if I had a second chance.

Very nice hotel not too far from the port, just a short tram/bus journey. Nice staff who were welcoming and a very stylishly designed room. Only downside is the ridiculous security deposit (but i assume this does keep bad characters out).

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them " they had an error on there system" and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff are very kind and considerate. The entire hotel was super clean and well decorated too.

Everything positive, very happy with the top services especially front desk Rania and Nora respective and polite, nice sea view, quite and comfortable, breakfast delicious croissant with tasty coffee, definitely will come back, Love to thank all staff and managements for keeping it up. Mercy beacoup.

Tout s'est bien passé, logement et hôtel propres, spa en libre service et bien entretenu. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de serviettes en libre service mais j'imagine qu'il y a eu des abus... hôtel situé à 2 minutes à pieds du tram.

Hotel bien propre avec un personnel agréable. Piscine intérieure avec sauna et hammam en très bon état.

地點離老港景區較遠，不過新區環境寬敞乾淨些，房間可以看到海和夕陽。只有第一天入住時提供咖啡膠囊，第二天以後並不會補充，房間內沒有飲用水，可以拿空瓶至一樓飲水機裝水。整體上是還不錯且性價比高的酒店公寓。

Franchement bonne hôtel sauf le parking qui coûte plus de 30€ les 24h sachant qu’on sortait tout les jours on payer 27euro pour 8h de parking c’est très excessif après nous avons pu garer l’auto devant l’hôtel car les vacancier n’était plus là sinon pas de place, c’est vraiment le seul bémol !! Sinon hôtel propre literie parfaite vraiment belle chambre, personnel sympa nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour

Établissement confortable propre et bien tenu, check-in a 21:30 nous nous sommes garés devant l’hôtel en demandant si il n’y avait aucun risque de PV ou autre le réceptioniste nous affirme que c’est ok et qu’il faudra déplacer la voiture le matin, 8:00 le lendemain nous découvrons la vitre de notre voiture cassé et nos effets dérobés notre voiture et toutes celles garées avaient été vandalisées !!! En discutant avec un monsieur du personnel celui ci nous affirme que c’est récurent, et que ça arrive très régulièrement et que les réceptionniste sont au courant !!!!! C’est scandaleux!! Je ne mets pas 1 étoile car le personnel du petit déjeuner le jeune serveur et la dame a lunette ont été fantastique en nous fournissant de l’écoute et de quoi combler la vitre en nous offrant au passage le café, mention spéciale pour ces personnes et le pdj servi!! À l’avenir prévenez les clients des risques encouru le parking payant est collé a l’établissement et ce n’était pas un problème pour nous d’y mettre notre véhicule !
