Hotel ini berada di seberang rel dari kota tua. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta, halte trem, dan halte bus. Ini kedap suara, Anda tidak dapat mendengar kereta atau masjid terdekat. Pendingin udara sangat menyenangkan di panas.

The location of the Hotel is very good. Walking distance from the Utrecht Central and the Jabeurs Convention sentre. The Rooms are rather small if you choose 3 person occupancy. Also, the cleaning service was rather pathetic. We requested cleaning and make-up room every day and yet for 2 days there was No service.

Very convenient location and near Utrecht Trainstation and near Centre. Parking need to pay extra

房間一般，達到國際3星水平，但是服務一般，來打掃房間住了三晚都不換床單被套，衞生間的紙沒有也不給換上，我自己跑到總枱要才給的，唯一的就是離火車站距離比較近一點

地理位置方便，烏特勒支中央火車站步行6分鐘左右就到了，酒店外表平平無奇，房間設施卻還不錯，衞生間也挺大，特大的床有2.3米左右寬，床品枕頭都很舒服。中央車站有很多餐廳和超市，還有一家中國奶茶店Tea Guys，終於喝到了來荷蘭後最好喝的奶茶。

非常不滿意攜程和酒店的處理方式

Meja depan sopan tapi tidak bisa mengatakan hal yang sama dengan staf layanan di restoran. Lokasi cukup mudah diakses ke stasiun kereta api, trem/bus, mall dll.

Mencintai hotel ini. Central Utretch dengan semua yang bisa dilalui dengan berjalan kaki. 2 menit untuk melatih perjalanan, dekat dengan World Trade Center dan mudah untuk pergi ke Amsterdam. Memiliki ruangan yang indah dengan tempat tidur nyaman yang besar. Itu bersih, kamar mandi bekerja dan kami memiliki banyak ruang. Sarapan memiliki pilihan yang luar biasa & menu malam, yang kami bayar di muka, terbatas tetapi masih bernilai baik dan enak. Itu bagus jika Anda ingin makanan dasar setelah seharian berjalan. Staf di sini adalah yang terbaik. Tidak dapat menyalahkan anggota staf mana pun. Mereka semua sangat profesional dan ramah dan penerimaan sangat membantu dan ramah.

I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel from my colleagues and was going to have to take a taxi 10 minutes away. Luckily, I saw the Park Plaza and was able to book a room immediately. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the mall, and a short walk to the historic town center. It was easy to navigate and there were always people around. (I will say this section is VERY busy during rush hour...look both ways before crossing the street!) The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to check in minutes after booking the reservation. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was much larger than I expected for a European hotel and super comfortable. It looks like the rooms were updated recently. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The only issue I had was some of the clothes I hung in the closet ended up smelling a bit musty...like an old closet. LOL. I got the package with breakfast and it was the perfect way to start my day! Lots of options, friendly staff, and the food was quite good.

I would never stay there again for the money they charge, paid just over $400 aud for a night to get a disabled room, was so loud could hear the elevator, could hear the people walking up n down the staircase, could hear people chatting outside room and other doors closing were loud, also could hear all people talking and chairs and doors closing below us in lobby it was so loud! Our room didn’t even have a fridge to put drinks in very very average for what the rate themselves and charge per night! If I could have got a refund we would have and would have driven back home!

Very nice hotel, really close to beatrix theater and shops. We had a room for 3 adults but one of the beds was just a fold out bed. That was very disappointing. Otherwise great

Lovely and clean. Great price for the location. Not my preferred aesthetic, but everything in good condition. My only objection was the heavy smell of cheap peach room scent in the lobby. My gowd! Like stepping into a 90’s drugstore on the release day of Britneys new perfume. Yak!
