飯店很有設計感，前台服務人員態度親切，最喜歡的是大浴缸，整個人泡澡好放鬆。飯店在東區，要吃飯或是購物都很方便。下次還會再去。

Hotel room is great. Door can be installed at shower/bathtub area otherwise it's cold when taking a shower.

Amazing location with walking distance access to subway, local eateries as well as depar**ent store. If there is any one comment to made is probably the sound proofing can be improved.

This hotel is beautifully designed in a great location — very clean with excellent housekeeping. However, beyond this, I found numerous issues that the management were unable to assist with and took no responsibility. The main issue was the breakfast — if you book, I recommend not including this: my partner is vegetarian and they offered frozen potato smileys (!) and salad. Rather than taking accountability for this inadequate service for a guest, they said I should have made them aware in advance. For a design hotel, this is completely unacceptable. They also only have three options for breakfast. I would not return and will definitely go with another design hotel in Taipei that has better service and amenities.

I reserve this hotel every time when travel to Taipei. Great service and location

地點方便，但酒店大堂細，燈光好昏暗，小朋友比較驚恐，由於樓層走廊陰森恐怖，因黑暗、有鹿頭、紅色燈光，冇乜設施，房間尚可，游泳池太細、殘舊。
