Ulasan Millennium Hotel Taichung

My friend jerry gave out his ********* in this hotel, the room due to his words is huge and clean, he’ll never forget here.

The bathroom is super big. Hotel facilities are quite good. Hotel staff are polite and friendly.

A 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.

Great breakfast that is not to be missed. Room is great. Nice and quiet environment to get a good rest after a long day at the office. Will return.

Me and my family like the rooms, just not many restaurants and convenience stores around which is a bit inconvenient. Overall it’s not bad.

The facilities and service are great but it can be cheaper

The hotel is in good location, very close to high speed train station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The gym is nice.

Location is about 15min taxi ride from HSR station. The environment is quiet n nice. A lot of nice food places near hotel. Room is very very clean n spacious! There’s an extremely good massage place near hotel like 10 mins walk. We took cab everywhere.

Good Location , Good Breakfast , Good Service

Not too far fm Feng Jia night market by taxi ＜10mins, you can call a taxi from 7-eleven. The hotel room is practical huge bed, and breakfast selection is good and nice food. Very accommodating staff, my young one not eating much so they pack for him some bread.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at "The Prime -Grill and Lounge" on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.
