Good but reception guy ignore when i find good price from trips application less than any application and he shocked

首先服務我必須給差評，我住了好幾天，叫酒店給我開發票，結果我發了好幾次消息，就開了一張，而且衹開了一天的，其他天數的沒有開給我，在WhatsApp上發訊息過去已讀不回，到現在也沒有給我開發票。其次是設施問題，連公共洗衣機都沒有，提供洗衣服務但是很貴，一件普通的衣服都要40-50 RMB，游泳池也沒有水，就是個擺設，浴室裏麪沒有手持的花灑，衹有頭頂淋浴，而且晚上的熱水也不熱。餐廳裏的東西很貴，比外面街上的貴的多，一個四星級的價格跟對面五星級的價格差不多，性價比很低，不推薦大家入住，避雷避雷。

不錯耶，房間乾乾淨淨的，早餐服務也不錯，連鎖酒店的管理還是可圈可點的。

Special shoutout to the banquet team Me. Ahmed, Mr. Ali, Mr. Shawqy, Miss Reem, and from the reception Miss Raneem… as from the minute I stepped into the hotel everyone had been very welcoming, thinking about the smaller details and turning on the. AC and cooling the room for the guest 30 mins before arrival. Banquet team truly saved the day and contributed to the success of the business training was being held there… well done, plz keep it up. I was stay in this hotel for one night. Very good sleeping comfort, Friendly staff special reception team all of them. It has amenities like swimming pool, sauna, steam and GYM It's very near to Tabuk airport around 5 minutes, close to mall and shopping area. All respect to all employees and Managers I recommend it to any one coming to visit Tabuk for any reason.

Amazing Hotel Very helpful staff Reception team very good Clean and tidy rooms with good decoration and good view on swimming pool area Swimming pool is very good I enjoyed there They have also health club including GYM , Sauna and steam. Thanks for everyone there
