"This hotel seriously needs better management. Before my arrival, no one answered my calls. The only positive experience was the polite and helpful lady at check-in. However, after checking into the room, we immediately noticed that the duvet covers didn’t appear to have been changed, which was very concerning. During my stay, Trip.com couldn’t reach the hotel by phone or email to modify my booking, and even after I called reception more than 10 times, no one answered. Despite having a broken foot, I had to go downstairs myself. The receptionist, Ziyad, was unprofessional, showed no empathy, and made no effort to assist, At checkout, there wasn’t even a receptionist present. I was told my invoice would be sent later, but I never received it. The corridors also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. This wasn’t just poor service—it reflected a serious lack of communication, cleanliness, accountability, and basic hospitality. Management should address these issues urgently before more guests lose confidence in this hotel."

"I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient."
