The pool, playground and beach were so fun for our little kids. They especially loved the all you can eat ice cream and popcorn!

I went with my husband and my mother who is 83 years old. They gave us a very large, comfortable room with a wonderful view. The pool was clean and the hotel stuff was excellent and very friendly (the manager, the restaurant waiters, the cleaning ladies). But what really astonished me were the skills of the chef. He did wonders with the main dishes! The buffet was rich and essential and the main dishes were exquisite yet not heavy! My congratulations to the chef!!!

We had a nice room with great sea view! The hotel in general was clean as well as our room. The staff was friendly and helpful! Sunbeds and umbrellas are available at a small fee, belonging to the hotel. It is a frailly hotel but we didn't feel that it was noisy. Highly recommend!

Spent a couple of nights here whilst Island hopping. Stay did not begin well as man on reception made us wait for a long time on checking in and was then rude and provided no information or offer of assistance with our bags. Room big and clean but the bedside table was hanging off the wall and there was a hole in the wall. Pool large and hotel near to beach and other staff friendly. We had an early departure but none of our group had been informed they were opening the breakfast area for us before we left, so we all went without as our cabs had arrived.

We spent 3nights here,and it was very enjoyable. The rooms are nice, great sea views and a lovely pool. The breakfast was plentiful with good choices. The lounge area was comfortable and very attractive. Almost all the staff were very friendly with the exception of the front desk, who all seemed angry and miserable. These people are your first point of contact, and they do not give a good impression. They all need some training. Overall a good stay, made better by the young pool staff but spoiled by the reception desk.

The hotel is in an excellent position on the edge of a beautiful bay. The rooms are scattered in around a dozen blocks up a hillside, but there are lifts. We were in the top tier which provided excellent views of the sea and town. There is a large pool, which despite being in scorching sun all day, somehow contrives to be colder than the sea that is thirty seconds walk away. I would swim in sea and use pool area for drying and sunbathing. Rooms are large and very well appointed and staff we met friendly and helpful. There are other reviews commenting on the food, the breakfasts are ok mass catering affairs. I would not stay for evening meals as there are some excellent restaurants in town, Savvas and Benoit recommended as well as the cafe across the road for daytime snacks. The hotel is definitely recommended as the place to stay in Galissas.

This hotel is in the most lovely position, but the service and food ate terrible. Never had such an awful, sparce and tasteless buffet in all my life. Just disgusting and the staff are surly and rude. Olympic Holidays....you need to get your act together. Booked half board, but we will not be eating here again!

I have been working in travel industry for the last 20 years. This summer I had to find a hotel for Canadian school kids in Syros (3 groups of 30 to 80 kids) and I contacted Dolphin Bay. We have 4 islands in the program and Syros with Dolphin Bay was the best choice ! Kids loved the huge swiming pool, the food and the beach which is just in front of the hotel. I loved the amazing collaboration I had with this hotel. They made my life much easier. Whatever we needed for the groups we had it. The service was exceptional and the staff were always helpful and smiley 😃. I highly recommend Syros as destination and Dolphin Bay as the best place to stay. Thank You all for the excellent collaboration.
