Hotel is located a short walk away from Town Hall station, so it was really convenient to get to places. The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was really smooth and fast too. Their food ordered via room service was good too. The only thing I thought could be better was the variation of food served at the breakfast buffet. But anyway, I enjoyed my stay at ParkRoyal and will choose this hotel again next time! (:

My stay at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour in Sydney was fantastic! Location was close to ICC Sydney, Town Hall and Chinatown. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Hotel location is near to Chinatown and central shopping area. The breakfast spread is good and the coffee is great. The room is nice and comfortable.

The hotel was very centrally located, the rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms were large and could accommodate up to 4 people since there were 2 queen sizes beds, we will surely come again.

Service was friendly and polite. 1100 checkout was nice. Bed was comfy. Room furniture was a little tired. View of air conditioners from the back rooms. Driving from the north of Sydney is super easy and you don't really have to deal with the oneway streets and traffic of the George and Pitt Street areas. I would stay again.

The toilet is the hotel is bit dated and seems old. It’s time to have it upgraded. Location is convenient with about 5-10 mins walks to nearby restaurants. Also closed to other tourist spots.

We stayed in the room with x2 queen sized bed with views of the harbour bridge. The room was nice and spacious with large comfortable beds and x4 extra large comfy soft pillows. Bathroom was large and very nice with soft huge towels. Walking distance everywhere. We absolutely loved our stay

The front desk staff was friendly and enrol us as member for dining in discount 10%.

It is a good location for traveling. The room condition is also very good. This is a decent hotel for a reasonable price. During my stay, I met the housekeeper in person. She is very kind and I see her doing her best. If I come to Sydney again, I will choose this hotel again.

Nice Queen beds. Near ice cream shop Gelato Messina , Chinatown etc. Plymouth pier ferry to Opera House.

Great place and location to stay, big room and friendly staff. Enjoyed our time there and would recommend.

The stay was comfortable with ample space for 3 pax. However, it is quite an old hotel so pretty small bathtub. Also no shower head, only rain shower. But overall a really great and welcoming stay. Pretty central to most attractions.
