Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Beyond my expectation in Madrid hotel, its first time for me to stay in Hard rock hotel and I felt so comfortable to stay here 3 night. its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.

Tipe kamar yang kami pesan adalah kamar dengan dua tempat tidur susun untuk single dan satu tempat tidur ganda. Karena hanya ada pilihan kamar untuk dua orang, kami memilih opsi kamar untuk dua orang. Kami adalah tiga orang dewasa dan satu anak. Setelah tiba di hotel pada tengah malam, resepsionis bersikeras bahwa tempat tidur susun tidak dapat menampung orang dewasa. Itu hanya dapat menampung anak-anak di bawah 12 tahun. Jika orang dewasa menginap, tempat tidur akan dilipat. Mereka bersikeras bahwa orang dewasa menginap di kamar terpisah. Karena sudah larut malam, kami tidak punya waktu dan suasana hati untuk berdebat dengan resepsionis dengan dua orang tua dan seorang anak, jadi kami harus membayar dan memesan kamar terpisah. Hotel ini tidak memiliki hal yang direkomendasikan kecuali dekat dengan bandara dan memiliki bus antar-jemput. Sarapannya juga sangat sederhana, hanya dengan sedikit roti. Fasilitasnya mirip dengan Home Inn Express di China. Tidak direkomendasikan untuk menginap.

The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.
