SabiaNatura - BoutiqueMadrid

This was my first time staying in a hostel and it was wonderful! The location is perfect, very walkable, and it feels completely safe

This is not a boutique hotel. It is falsely advertised. It is a hostel trying to be a hotel. This hostel is poor in every way, starting with the entrance, the noise level in the hostel, the air conditioning made a weird sound all night, the security- any one can walk through into the place when the door is open. Extremely disappointing as the description provides a false impression of what the place really is. Also the details of the room were provided outside the Trip.com app which made it extremely difficult to get confirm the details needed to get into the room as they were sent by a separate email that was not recognize. All details should be included in the reservation via trip.com

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location. This was actually my second stay here, which says a lot about how much I like the place. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the hotel offers great value for money. The only issue during my most recent stay was that there was some mold in the bathroom, likely because it doesn't get enough ventilation. Since the rest of the hotel is kept exceptionally clean, this stood out and was a little concerning. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would still happily stay here again.

Yes! Everything is perfect its clean and its right in the center. I love the reception although its a little hard to find but everything is good. You can leave you luggage if you still have spare time before your flight.

The location is brilliant—just a short walk from the Puerta del Sol and Sol metro station. The cleaning lady is very kind and she did remarkable job. There is no shared kitchen but if you want to cook something you can go to their another hostel just accross the building. 10/10, I'd definitely recommend this hostel.

location superb, near to metro, working distance to plaza mayor, gran via etc... can keep luggage early morinng with foc..

A little difficult to find the entrance but the atmosphere, people, cleanliness is good. There's someone that comes to clean the rooms everyday. And there is no check-out. But the location is great to walk to the different key locations!

A cute place in a good location. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy.
