The room is spacious and view nice view from the window. Overall it’s a very comfortable stay, hotel location is very near to metro station. There are free coffee and snacks for the guests as well.

Everything was great. Just next to metro station and food street. Receptionist was helpful and they allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer to get our clothes washed.

Very friendly staff. Assisted me with my laundry. Train station is just a stone throw away. Few shops on the same street allow you to rent electric bike.

It's a nice hotel at a good location. Great bathtub and nice bed. We had a small issue about the room regarding a sofa, but then we got a better room. It's close to main hotspots, so we'd book it again next time!

Very nice hotel, I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou. The location is great being only one metro stop from Suzhou Station and near many sites and restaurants. The rooms were also large, clean and comfortable. Absolutely 5/5 stars
