This hotel is budget. Incredibly good value for money as a stop gap to get some rest but other than that I would not stay again. The hotel is in desperate need of updating, especially the bathrooms. Toilet was stained. Resort had a resident cat that was crying all night for food at the doors. Pool was great to cool down, limited sun beds. Shared two between four of us. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but it is available as an extra cost. No dinner option available. We chose to eat closer to the beach for both our dinner and breakfast. Approx 200baht to and from beach area.

The staff at this resort are really nice. Pool was always quiet through out our stay, which is so nice! The shuttle service to and from the beach was perfect, as the location is far away from the beach without this - but this sold the resort to us! Amazing value for money with the free shuttle service they offer. The bedroom was big, bathroom a little out dated. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice, the pool was amazing and it was very peaceful. They have a shuttle bus service that takes you to and from the center at the times you request within their schedule. The staff is very helpful and they help you with everything. A girl at the reception ordered dinner for us with her mobile phone because it didn't work well for us.

The hotel is very well located and quiet, the only downside is that we had a parental room communicating with another and we could hear all the noises. The breakfast is not very complete especially when arriving at 10am. The cleanliness of the room is not perfect, you should not look at the corners and during our stay the table on the terrace was not cleaned once

Not a bad hotel for a long stay. Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Pros: + Water vending machine at the entrance + Convenient parking + They gave us a third blanket for our child without any problems + There is a hard sofa in the room + There is a laundromat nearby, 40 baht for drying and 40 baht for washing + Close to the pier on Railay Beach (nothing to do there, a one-time story) + Love Elephant - feeding 700 baht per adult and 500 per child (there are cheaper ones, but further away) + Very good WiFi Of course, there are also cons: - This is breakfast. They give pancakes for it, they are quite edible if fried. If not fried, there is a stove nearby for drying, but it only warms up, but does not fry. They give out watermelons, dragon fruit. monotonous breakfasts, as everywhere, actually. - cleanliness in the room. You have to ask for cleaning. Once they left it open. - the safe is glitching. - the dry shutter in the toilet/shower is clearly broken. When we checked in, the toilet was overflowing. The girl with the plunger solved the problem, but told us not to throw paper. And we didn't throw it) in general, there is a problem here, but it can be solved. - there is a pool, a bath, we used it, but it has some kind of acid as a disinfectant. You can swim, but the sensations. But you can. We swam. A fine of 1000 baht if you brew noodles or tea in a teapot, kaput. Apparently someone did that. Locals come on weekends. Maybe they)

The room is large, everything is clean. But: a small pool, weak water pressure and you had to wait for heating, because there are boilers. The location is far from the center, but if you take a bike, then this is not a problem. The hotel should have a more frequent transfer. For breakfast there were eggs, sausages, toast, cereal, watermelon, pancakes. For 1-2 days ok, but we were there for about a week and it gets boring.

The first worker was very enthusiastic. I think Sam was. He helped me book a car. After that, I was speechless. I stayed for three days and they only cleaned once, and they came only after I called them. The area around the hotel is very desolate. You need to call a car to go to the main street and 7-12. The hotel has several cars to the beach, at 10:00, 14:00, 16:00, and 18:00. You need to call a car for the rest. It is very inconvenient. The hotel restaurant is open from 7:00 to 10:30. There is no food at other times.

A wonderful hotel, especially if you want to spend time together. We took a bungalow near the pool, the territory is large, clean and beautiful, lots of greenery. We moved around the province on a bike

Location: only by transport! The hotel itself: everything is good, beautiful territory, looked after, the pool was clean, breakfasts were the same, standard, with fruits. Of the minuses: the bathrooms need repair, terrible walls, unpleasant. But nevertheless, the toilet is clean in good condition, the water is always hot. The hotel staff are very friendly, thank you for the holiday! 🙏

The restaurant is worthless, the rest is spectacular.
